They explain details of the work they will be performing if you hire them. They tell you about there staffing, and make you feel comfortable and respected. Most important (saved for last) HONEST CHRISTIAN BUSINESS MEN WITH BIG HEARTS!

I contacted Chris via email on June 10 requesting confirmation that a quote he provided in 2017 was still valid, as I was looking to finally move forward with the project. He responded immediately that he was available to do the work the very next day. We continued our exchange and set the time for June 11th. On June 11th he was supposed to arrive 12:00 pm. He was a couple of hours late but notified me in advance of the delay and why. So far communication was good. Allied had to access the roof via the 3rd floor unit. Upon leaving, I asked if the guy on the 3rd floor inspected the work, he told me "yes". They packed up and I paid him. The 3rd floor unit owner told me that Allied left without notifying him. Upon inspection there were creases left in the roof which they said they would get out before they started the work. One June 12th I sent Chris pictures of the creases in the roof they left behind. I followed up with a phone call to him on June 13th. He said they just started a big job and would come back in about 2 weeks to fix it. I asked him to acknowledge receipt of the e-mail and respond appropriately. He said he would but it would be very late around 11:00 pm. I said no problem. On June 13th I sent another e-mail requesting the date he would be back to fix the creases. I also called him. My call went to VM but he called back 14 minute later. I reminded him to respond to the e-mail and he assured me he would be back to fix the creases after he completed the big job. One June 21st I sent a 3rd e-mail requesting the date he would come back to complete the work. On June 28th I called Chris again to get an updated on his availability. He stated they were still working on the job and would give me a call upon completion. On July 17th I sent a 4th e-mail. On July 19th I followed up my e-mail with a call having to leave a VM with no return call. I believe his is definitely ignoring me at this point. For $3,500, which I believe was not a competitive price, I would expect a company to complete the work, respond to e-mails and do what they say they are going to do. I have been more than patient and have had to escalate the situation. Do not use Allied Construction & Roofing!

I had a roof leak that Allied repaired in November of 2017, and everything was great. I gave them 5 stars across the board. I then called them to repair another leak in March of 2018. Again, 5 stars across the board. But when the heavy rains came this spring, we had leaks again in both areas. After several calls and a couple of reschedules due to rain, they still have not been back and are very hard to contact. I have spoken to them directly just once this spring. They have not responded to any other phone, email, or text messages. Now I have to get the leaks repaired again AND have the damage to the ceilings repaired.

Having a stranger come to my home is always stressful for me. First of all he was on time! And when I saw Chris at the door, I immediately felt calm. Chris was professional yet funny at all of the right times. I was concerned about him going up on the roof as it was a cold and rainy day. When he came back in and started showing me what was wrong and that the roof was fine but just needed two repairs I was relieved. I left out that he sent his drone up to get the pictures, what a relief!! Though I had an appointment with another company ( which they had to cancel ) I realized this was the company I wanted to work with. The work was completed as soon as the rain stopped and there has been no more " raining" in my bedroom. I have and do recommend this company, and Chris, a true professional. God Bless!

Allied came promptly to look at the roof. They scheduled the work as soon as the weather permitted. They came on time and appear to have done an excellent job. We'll know in 6 months if there are no more leaks!

I have a dramatically pitched roof. 6 other roofers ran away from the job. Very Responsive and professional. An Estimate was provided right away. They came out in 25mph winds and then it snowed. It didn't stop them. Cleaned up everything too! No complaints here and plan to hire them again this Spring. Very pleased.
