Joe was attentive to detail and committed to doing good work. When the original faucet didn't work to his satisfaction he went and got a nicer one that would last for us, going out of his way. He gave a thoughtful consultation, and even though he could have encouraged us to go for pricier services like a new sink, etc, he really took into consideration our plans for the space and made fair recommendations. The work was finished quickly and professionally.

Called Alliance for an estimate they came within hours of me calling. Called two days after he came for an estimate since I had other companies coming. They answered righ away and came the same day I called. He was very professional. Cleaned after his work was done and gave me some advise to prevent future problems. Will call again if the need arises.

This is the fourth time we have used Joe for our plumbing needs. He is always available immediately and is fair, reliable, polite, and honest. For this job, a new hole had to be drilled through the basement stone wall, the water line re-routed to the new location, and fitted with a new outside faucet. Joe was able to come out the next day and completed the job in a couple of hours. His work has always been satisfactory and his bids are always below that of other estimates we receive.

THIS COMPANY IS VERY APTLY NAMED! WE STARTED WORKING WITH HIM AFTER OUR SEWER LINES BACKED UP AT AROUND MIDNIGHT ON A SUNDAY NIGHT. NOT ONLY WAS HE THE ONLY PLUMBER THAT GOT BACK TO US THAT DAY, HE ALSO OFFERED ONE RATE DESPITE THE FACT IT WAS AN EMERGENCY CALL. HE WORKED THROUGH THE NIGHT TO RESOLVE OUR IMMEDIATE PROBLEM. THEN, HE RECOMMENDED A PLAN FOR REGULAR SERVICE SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE EMERGENCIES AGAIN DOWN THE ROAD. NOW THAT WE HAVE BEEN REGULAR CUSTOMERS HE OFFERS US A GUARANTEE ON HIS WORK TO ENSURE THAT WE WILL NOT SEE ANY BACKUPS BETWEEN HIS VISITS.

I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
