We have been family owned since 1987. We run a 2 man crew, one is owner of company and other is employee. We do not sub-contract work out. Once we are contracted to do a job we require a deposit, which depends on type of work being done and balance upon completion.

The company representative came to the house and spent approximately 30 minutes with me going over the specifications of the project, the type of railing/spindles I preferred, etc. Their marketing materials were very professional and I was impressed with the overall presentation. She told me that she would have an estimate to me within one week. It has been approximately a month and a half and I have never heard from the company again. I have since had the banister replaced and am very happy with the finished product. I am disappointment with this company's lack of follow-up; not very good business practice, in my opinion.
Description of Work: I had asked this company to propose on the replacement of our stair railing and banister.
