+ -1 moreThey are very professional (plus woman-owned). Technician explains everything they do when asked. Also, the receptionist is very friendly and will try and answer questions over the phone. I only gave them a "B" on responsiveness because it takes a while to schedule an appointment. But it's worth the wait if not an emergency. They are very popular.
Description of Work: Sprayed for spiders, did additional follow up for ants on exterior (they had come out earlier in the spring). No ants, so they did a good job the first time through.

+ -1 moreI haven't really been there but my wife as and she said they were nice. If she gives me a bad report I am going to drop someone. My wife didn't tell me anything negative and they have either been on time or early. The one time they were late, they called and I have had other companies that wouldn't even call they would just show up late.
Description of Work: I used Imel Pest Control they put some bait traps outside to draw them out. I had some bait traps inside and didn't know it. They was like if you have them inside you are going to draw them in. they put them outside to draw them out. They sprayed from the foundation out to about three foot. We haven't had to bad of a bug problem so I am pretty happy with them and if I wasn't I would have went with someone else.
