When he says he'll be here at a certain time, he is here. There are never any delays or excuses. He is always here at the date and the time that he commits to. From time to time, I will go onto the internet and see what other companies are charging, and his rates are always lower.

I have used this man for 10-15 years. His honesty stands out to me. You could be able to trust that he would not mislead them in order to make additional money. His quotes would be honest and fair. He would do good work.

I never used anyone, but him. His first name is Joe. He is excellent. He always brings me in to show me exactly what the problem is. He explains what caused it. He lets me know if we don't do it right now, it will be a bigger problem later, or we can put it off until this amount of time, but not beyond that time. He's not going to force you to pay for something right now if you don't have to, or he gives you alternatives, or exacts. He's a person you can trust. People would be very fortunate if they could have him do their work. He gives very detailed things, sometimes a page long of what he did and why he did it. His honesty stands out to me. The fact that he shows you exactly what the problem is, explains what the problem is. He offers options. He's honest enough not to force you to do anything, and gives you options to determine what's best. His price is competitive. Some other places charge ridiculous amounts for no reason. His price is fair and reasonable. It's less than some highly advertised businesses. I will always use him.

It was very expensive because he had to cut parts of the furnace. Because of the way the furnace was made (it is older), he had to cut some of the metal portion of the furnace to get to the part that needed replaced. and reseal the furnace the best he could. He also added an additional drainage pipe so that the air conditioner could drain the water from the unit on the outside. He put on a plastic PVC pipe. My favorite thing is the trustworthiness. He's honest about what's wrong and shows you what's wrong. They come when they say they are going to come. They do good work. It never has to be redone. Some of the suggestions he comes up with has saved me money. Just by saying to turn something down a little bit, like a light, which has saved me over the years. His work has always been professional. He is honest about the repairs and shows me the problems and makes suggestions. I would never go anywhere else. His price is much lower than other places that advertise on their websites.
