It took over a month for him to come out and quote. Once I received the quote, I submitted it to the insurance and received the check. I contacted him again and asked him to come and do the work. Two months later, he showed up and did some of the work. He asked for half of the money, which we paid him $400. He said he would be back to finish the job. He never came back or returned any of my 10 phone calls. The bricks he fixed were put in very poorly (crooked with glue exposed). He didn't even use new bricks. He just used the damaged ones. It looks very unprofessional and we had to replace the bushes ourselves. We are now forced to hire a different company to fix the work he did and finish the job.
