Marcelo answered my call and was able to come out the next day and clean the gutters. He and his crew handled everything professionally and I'd be happy to recommend them.

They arrived on time, got right to work and did not stop until the work was done. I will never wash a window again. No streaks whatsoever. Quote of $150 was for a huge picture window, a large bay with side roll out windows and 6 double hung. When they got here I added a stationary 4 x 2 window, 4 sliders and 8 garage door windows. He said that would raise the price to $175 but then was only going to charge $160 when I was writing the check. I insisted on the full amount and threw in a small gratuity too. WELL WORTH IT. They were so pleasant. Very neat and tidy. Very careful with my belongings and window dressings. I could not be happier. Oh, and Marcelo also pointed out that one of my replacement windows had a faulty seal and told me to call the window company to replace it. I would never have noticed that myself. It also took very little time. I would have been at it all day. They were done in less than two hours and I had nothing to clean up. I recommend this company without hesitation.

The crew was Marcello, his wife and son. A real family business. They worked hard, were very professional, but also very friendly. The windows are so clear, it is like there are no windows at all. Very pleased with the work done. Price was reasonable considering the amount and difficulty of the work.

Prairie style windows are great until you want to wash them – each window is approximately 6 windows per side making it a time consuming and expensive project. We received quotes from several companies last fall and didn’t pull the trigger until recently. I’ve had very mixed and frustrating experiences with companies since moving here last year, we find that it’s hard to find quality, detail oriented people to work on the house and we’ve been burnt with companies that have a great pitch, stacked rankings but execute very poorly with unskilled workers and don’t really care once the check has cleared. Marcelo’s is what we wish we could find more of – we were sold when I pushed him on who actually does the work and the answer is his wife, son and himself and that is exactly what happened. They are the nicest people you will meet, courteous, professional, hardworking and most importantly they are very experienced, great at what they do, take pride in their work and do an excellent job. I have high expectations and Marcelo’s Window Washing met them and I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Marcelo on a Friday and he answered the phone immediately; he was on another job in the area, so he came by that evening to give me an estimate. (His estimate was the same as the eventual price of the work.) He said he could come by Monday but was flexible when I requested later in the week. His team -- his son and wife -- arrived at our place a half-hour early and then Marcelo joined them later. For the number of hours they worked, and for the absolutely lovely result, the price was extremely fair -- the windows had not been washed on the outside for three years (!), but they are crystal clear now. Navigating all of our various screens and storm windows (as well as one cracked window), Marcelo and his team did excellent, efficient work. They were also very considerate when working inside the house. I recommend them highly.

All contact with Marcelo was a pleasure from beginning to end. I initially called him on Monday; he said he'd call back today to let me know if they could do our job this Saturday. He called as promised today and said they actually had time this afternoon, if we were amenable. We were. (Sooner rather than later? Definitely!) So he and his wife came at 3:30pm and left at 7:00pm. They are real pros and a pleasure to do business with, and the results of their time and hard work are outstanding. (Among other things, their attention to detail was terrific - i.e., Marcelo noticed and took special care to remove some remaining silicone residue spots left from the installation of the windows a bit over a year ago.) Now our windows sparkle. In short, they did a flawless job for a very fair price, and they will henceforth be our go-to window cleaning experts. Highly recommended.

Called Marcello to get estimate, he came next day gave estimate and scheduled the work. He arrived on time with his wife and son and set to work. He cleaned 45 windows ( I think that was the count) in less than 3 hours. Everything was perfect and I was very happy with his work. He was true to his estimate which I always appreciate. Very happy with his work and I will definitely call him again for window cleaning and in the springtime to clean my gutters.

Fantastic! I called and left a message. I got a call back within and hour and we were scheduled for the nest day. Marcelo and his crew arrived right on time. He walked the house and asked my input on how I wanted the job done and then got busy. Marcelo and his crew did all of this work, including cleaning the screens in about 2.5 hours. They worked to a very high standard of cleanliness and the place looks great. I also liked that this is a family owned business, local to my neighborhood. I will call Marcelo again and would strongly recommend his company. I also found out that he handles gutter cleaning, too. I'll be calling him for that soon. Fully recommended, no reservations.

We moved to a ranch home that had been abandoned for several years... windows, screens and tracks were incredibly dirty... YUCK! Well, since it was one level I started cleaning the windows as I couldn't stand the sight or thought of all that dirt and pollen blowing back in the house... then I remembered Marcelo, who did such a fabulous job on my previous home... Well, Marcelo returned my call promptly and fit me into his schedule pretty quickly. Marcelo, his wife and son came out to our new place and polished off our windows, screens and tracks --- incredible difference - and I was able to concentrate on unpacking instead!

I have used Marcelo and his crew once before - they did an amazing job then and they did an amazing job today. He was easy to get ahold of to schedule the cleaning and he came out within a week of me calling. He arrived when he said he would (he gave a one hour window) and was finished in a little over an hour. I am very pleased with the results.

He and his wife cleaned the inside/outside of all windows in our 2-story home, worked quickly and thoroughly. This was not an easy job. The wooden storm windows are not easy to maneuver, and they did a very good job. Windows are sparkling. Cost was reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them and utilize their services again.

I had a great experience. His window washing work was excellent. And he thoroughly cleaned the gutters and checked the downspouts carefully. He was punctual and very courteous. He and his wife paired up to get the work done. They're very detail oriented. I will definitely use him again for both types of service, window washing and gutter cleaning.

Marcelo and his staff were professional and courteous. I am very happy with their work. It did take a little longer than anticipated but (I'll be honest) my windows were filthy! All my windows look wonderful now. Worth every penny.

Marcelo promptly replied to my inquiry by phone and came out the next day to survey the job. The french windows are difficult and time consuming ( I know as I attempted to clean them last fall) and thus require a job quote.) The price looks high, but it's really pretty reasonable considering how long it takes to clean each mullion. We were in a hurry and he graciously fit me into his schedule - they worked over a two day period. Marcelo was very communicative about the work and the timing. They showed up on time each day, worked very hard and were very respectful of my home. The windows are sparkling... I will be calling Marcelo and his wife again!

They did a fantastic job. It's amazing how much nicer it is to look out the windows. You really don't know just how dirty they are until you have them cleaned...

Marcelo's confirmed the 1.5 hour window of time for the appointment and arrived exactly at the beginning of the time period we agreed upon. I had already removed the screens to do myself to save some money but some were stuck. Marcelo's helped me remove them and also removed, washed and replaced four screens that I forgot about without charging extra. They washed all of the window sills and trim as well. They were here about two hours and the windows have never looked better. When they walked on the carpets, they removed their shoes, and were extremely careful carrying around the ladders and stools. Some of the windows were three stories up on the outside. I am very pleased with their service.
