I contacted Mike about a Snowblower that needed repair and he was extremely knowledgeable, prompt and thorough in his service -- 3-day turnaround from contact to service, which was completed in one session at an extremely fair rate, and he also walked me through proper winterizing and maintenance processes. Would absolutely hire Mike again and will be my go-to for any future small engine repair needs!

Arrived a little later that original stated time due to a emergency repair. We understand emergencies come up. Got right to the problem and Mike had pre-ordered the needed parts. Installed the parts, did some minor adjustments, checked out the machine to be sure no broken parts were still in the motor area and it was running like a pro again. Very professional, and a pleasure to deal with. He did tell me up front there would be a mileage charge, I fully understand that as I was about 56 miles distant. Glad he makes house calls. Carting around a 100 + pound machine was not an option for us. Very happy with the work.

Mike is very knowledgeable in his craft and explained the process in detail in all things performed to educate his customer, it was much appreciated. I initially only wanted a pull cord re-installed and a tuneup for my lawnmower but decided to go ahead and have Mike service my snowblower and generator with an oil change as well. After all parts were available, it took no time to get it done. So it went better than expected. He will be our go to guy for any repairs to our lawn mower or snow blower going forward.

After a few phone calls back and forth, we scheduled Mike to come to our house and work on sight. He explained what needed to be fixed, advised us on ordering the parts we needed and came back to finish the jobs. No problems.

was able to come out the day after I called...Mike told me a few things I thought I needed were not necessary...had some trouble with the front drive repair but I agree it was more a design flaw than his knowledge that complicated things...finished up and everything I wanted from a service call...he made some recommendations for future service items and timing...I asked for some cards to pass on with my reference

Michael was great. He did the work I requested and checked a few other things on the mower. He was very through. Cleaned up after himself, made sure the mower worked before leaving. I am sending him my honey do list. I will keep his number close by. I highly recommend him. I am passing his information to a few friends I have.

Mike came to our house to do the repair for a small additional fee. We had picked up a non-working snow blower from a family member. Mike cleaned it up, cleaned the carburator, inflated the tires and got everything working and I didn't have to figure out how to get the heavy machine to a location. Excellent job and excellent price.

It went great. Mike arrived,accessed the job and got to work. The electrical outlet was finished in one hour. On the way out to his truck,he noticed our storm door snubber was broken and said he could fix it. He went to work on that small project and fixed the storm door. Our back storm door also has a broken snubber but requires more time to fix. Mike said to give him a call when we are ready------and we will!

Although worn parts (scraper bars, skids, and paddles) were heavily rusted and frozen up, Mike was able to free them up and replaced all to bring back proper function. Replacement parts came with new mounting hardware. Starting and running all tested and properly functioning. Checked internal drives on both machines for proper lube or excessive wear. Checked controls for proper adjustment and all wear okay.
