+ -1 moreHe usually tries to fix old parts than buy new ones so that he can save you money. He's very agreeable and gives you options. He does what the customer wants. He does excellent work.
Description of Work: He sanded down my outside handrails, sanded down paint on bricks, did some plumbing work.

+ 1 moreHe can just about do anything. The price listed is the hourly rate he charges us. Don't judge him by his looks, he drives a beat up car, but he likes to fix things and if he can fix it without replacing it, he'll do that. He doesn't take advantage of you by overcharging you. He asks you what you want and goes with it.
Description of Work: He sanded the railings out front and repainted them. He's put up ceiling fans for us. He also installed a new doorbell system.
