I called this place and was told to bring in my MITM Pressure Washer for it not turning over. When I arrived they told me the engine was seized and that it wasn't worth repairing bcs it will cost over $400 for a new engine plus hours of labor. So I asked if they're was anything else I can do and he said (sell to him for $50). I told him no and with arrogance he said "well I gave you free advice so take the $50 bcs it's worth less in parts for him" and he walked away. So I took the washer home and You Tubed how to fix it. All it needed was a carburetor cleaning. Now the machine works great. This guy was trying to rip me off. I will never go there and I will let everyone know what he tried to do. If I can give negative stars I would. Not a professional way to treat customers.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT...FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS...BEEN IN THE SAME LOCATION FOR 40 SOME ODD YEARS....THE MECHANICS ARE THE BEST...TOOK THIS RIDING MOWER TO TWO OTHER PLACES IN TOWN...BOTH TOLD ME IT WAS A LOST CAUSE, THEY COULD NOT DETERMINE THE ISSUE, AND EVEN IF THEY COULD PARTS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE FOR MY MODEL....I TOOK IT TO JACKS...THE MECHANIC CAME OUT LISTENED TO IT FOR A FEW MINUTES, TOLD ME HE KNEW EXACTELY WHAT IT WAS...THEY TOOK IT IN GAVE ME A CALL IN A WEEK...SAID IT WAS DONE AND READY TO GO...THEY TORN THE ENGINE DOWN, HAD THE PART, REPAIRED IT AND HAD IT UP AND RUNNING LIKE NEW...THEY EVEN WASHED IT DOWN...IT LOOKED NEW..STAFF IS COURTEOUS, WITH THE PERSONAL SERVICE THAT IS LOST TODAY FROM MOST COMPANIES...WOULD GET ANY OF MY TOOLS SERVICED AT THIS PLACE!! AND TO TOP IT OFF, THEY ARE A RENTAL PLACE, SO THEY OFFERED TO RENT ME ONE IF I WAS IN A BIND WHILE MINE WAS BEING FIXED

I'm so glad I found Jack's Rental. We needed to rent a rotary hammer to drill a hole in our brick wall to exhaust a new water heater. Jack's prices were very reasonable and the staff was very helpful. I described the job over the phone and they told me what tool and bit I needed to rent. Their prices were better than the big box store for a 24 hour rental and their service was great. The man I checked out with showed me the tool in detail and how to put the bit in. He also carried to it my car. Drop off was just as easy. I'll definitely go back when I need to rent another tool.
