Hannah's Plumbing & Maintenance

I had a clog that was beyond this purchased service. They spent 5 hours trying, charging only 50% more than paid since it was not a routine job. I ended up having a broken clay pipe, $8000 before we were finished. I feel the company did all they could and referred me to someone who could finish the job. I also paid to have a leaking shut-off for an outdoor spigot replaced.

We had a fair amount of work done. It consisted of opening up a difficult bathroom drain due to old construction. It was more than just a quick rotting of it. They worked on that. They opened up other drains. They adjusted faucets and so forth.

Previously I had another plumber come out but he forgot to tighten a bolt. A leak had started. When Gregg Hannah's plumber came out, Greg Hannah, the owner called to make sure his worker came out. Years ago this company replaced my sewer line out to the street. They are excellent.

As scheduled, estimate was accurate, job done well.

They replaced some faucets connected to the water heater.

I reached out on a Sunday evening. The owner called me back and suggested how I might fix it on our own from the inside. Unfortunately this did not work. They accommodated our work schedule with a 4 p.m. appt. Mike, the technician called when he was about a half hour away. He assessed the problem and gave me an estimate and with the 10% coupon the final cost was less than the estimate. All in all a positive experience.

Ed and Vern came in the agreed upon time slot. Ed did a great job of explaining the problem and then fixing it rapidly. They were both very professional, and Ed was very helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I'd definitely recommend them.

The drain was cleared and the problem solved. There was a leak that developed after the trap on the drain was reinstalled, but the plumber returned and replaced the trap and fittings at no additional cost. The final result was totally satisfactory and the price was reasonable. I would be glad to use Greg Hannah's plumbing for future work and requested a quote on another repair I need.

We've used Hannah several times before and they made short work of the job as usual.

Very well! Not only was the problem found, it was fixed and Hannah's plumbing also looked at other problem areas and fixed some as well as gave extremely good suggestions regarding others- would definitely recommend to others and hire again.

Raul was a pleasure to speak to and very thorough with explaining the problem...showed me the roots he pulled out of the drain pipe...explaining the different colors in terms of old and new roots. I had some other questions not related to the visit which he also answered. I will definitely be using Hannah Plumbing in the future and hopefully working with Raul again:-)

great..on time..friendly..cleaned up..

Greg and his crew did a wonderful job installing a tankless water heater. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up after themselves ( my utility room was cleaner after they were done than before they walked into the room). Greg did a very good job explaining the pros and cons of a tankless system and I felt very comfortable with the decision I made.

Excellent experience replacing the 50 gallon gas water heater for our condo apartment. They showed up when they said they would, and were able to diagnose and address the problem quickly and professionally. Everyone I dealt with at Hannah was friendly and informative. While I contacted them too late in the day to manage a same-day replacement, they came first thing in the morning next day, and finished the job with enough time for me to make it to work. I plan to call Hannah again for future plumbing issues.

From talking to other companies, when I got on the phone with Hannah's, I knew they were who I would hire for the job. They not only were very personable but also available as soon as possible in contrast to others. I was impressed with the person dispatched as well. I give them 5 star for great customer service and would hire them again!

well--they had to cut into the dry wall to get access to the leak and repair it. We declined for them to fix it just to save on cost as we didn't the clock to keep running for simple dry wall repairs, but it was offered. The cost of the fix was reasonable (I believe it was ~$200) given the amount of time/labor they had to get to the actual leak. As far as adjusting the hot water--apparently there are safety locks on all newer water hardware that prevents scolding (we are first time home owners and unaware)--the plumber showed us how to remove the safety mechanism because we do not have any children nor elderly that are at risk for scolding, but he charged us ~$90 for it (as well would charge us $90 per each additional fixture--we declined and did it ourselves after he showed us the first one)--I know plumbers are a skilled trade and I respect that, but I did feel that was a bit unreasonable.

They did a great job. The gas leak was discovered approximately two weeks before Christmas. We were grateful that we had gas on Christmas day!

An overall good experience. Dinged a point for punctuality; I had to call to learn they were stuck in traffic. Not a huge deal. Once they arrived, Tony and Gary (I think?) gave me a price that was about what I expected and got to work. The operation was done quickly and professionally, and they also honored the coupon from their website. I would use them again, and probably will, as we have two trees with long roots.

Not good. Called them because my kitchen faucet was leaking. Plumber came and said it was just clogged and that was why. Next day water all over my kitchen floor because line was cracked. Pure laziness in not seeing this. So... I called them back after I ordered a faucet to install - and I bought a new one for my bathroom because my pop-up was broken, too. Took him forever to get the faucet off and new one installed. The kitchen works fine. But the bathroom is a disaster. He banged my wall and dinged my new paint, the water pressure is much lower due to the long connector hose he used and he never fixed the pop-up or told me how to buy a new one. Same plumber as the one that mis-read my kitchen faucet. Pure laziness. And to top it all off and I nearly dropped my pen, $720 to replace two faucets. Wow. But the part that bothered me the most was I called right away and expressed my dissatisfaction. Nobody called me back. I almost stopped payment on my check - but I am not that kind of guy. Bummer. Good help is hard to find.

They were very professional, punctual and detailed in explaining their work and what we were dealing with as new homeowners. Plumbing is not a super fun thing to pay for but it is necessary to get right and we believed them to be comparable to other service providers in the area - we would definitely use Greg Hannah's again.

The plumber knew what he was doing.. no question about it. My issue is that he charged me more since he couldn't rod through the bathtub due how the tub pipes Because he needed to go through the bathroom sink the charge was an extra $75 Original cost was $205. I didn't quibble about paying a total of $280. Since the rodding through the sink seemed to take 2-3 minutes he went back to the original contract for $280 and said because the job ( extra work) wasn't too difficult he would give me a " senior discount of $ 40". I didn't know Hannahs offered a 15 % senior discount as the plumber never told me upfront. When I asked how I should pay he said the company prefers "cash" as most customers pay cash. I thought this was a little odd but I paid the cash. I did email my concerns and received a call back that night . I was told the owner would call me on Monday, January 1 but heard nothing back I sent a final email Thursday Evening, January 5 but still no follow up. This is the reason for a below acreage rating.

The company is fantastic. They actually were- the people that they send out were very knowledgeable. They were efficient. They did an excellent job. They were prompt, courteous. They were just about anything you could ask for. Actually for all those points before you even have to mention them, they would be A across the board. (Use again) Absolutely, without hesitation.
