Description of Work: Rodded clogged bathroom sink, and fixed leaking pipe under kitchen sink by replacing pipes including p trap, and correcting the pitch. Went very well. Came the same day I called, on time, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Cleaned out my waste pipes to the street due to blockage/back up. They returned my inital call almost immediately and were at my home within 2 hours(A+)and addressed my immediate problem. Return date 2 days later was very late but did call a few times to update me of arrival times. Learned I had had a front lawn clean out (under the snow) and would not need to have them dig up the lawn but have the original man return. Expensive lesson to learn, but appreciated the advise and the less expensive resolution to the problem.

Description of Work: They replaced a toilet and fixed some plumbing issues with my dishwasher. Great job overall, very thorough but it was very expensive and I wished they would have cleaned up in the bathroom after the toilet was replaced. It was quite dirty afterwards in the bathroom.

Description of Work: They did not show for first confirmed appointment - we called back and was told they did not have on calendar (though I had a confirming email). They fixed our problem and gave a range of pricing, with $1300 being the high end. Upon completion, they said; so - we agreed on $1300. There was no breakdown of time or materials. But, problem fixed - took 4.5 hours with 2 plumbers. Happy with outcome, less happy with how price was arrived at.

Description of Work: On 11/14/14 two inexperienced plumbers came out to unclog my sink but had to reschedule with a more experienced plumber the next day 11/15/14. The plumber that came out on 11/15/14 was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would use them again but I would ask that they send out an experienced plumber the first time.

Description of Work: The first time, they put in a bathroom faucet. At the time, I was having kitchen redone, so I called the back to put in new kitchen faucet after countertop went in. And when the flooring people put the new kitchen and bathroom floor in, called Hannah Plumbing again to pull sink and toilet in morning and come back again same day to reinstall sink and toilet. They scheduled the same plumber each time as he was familiar with us (and we with him). They arrived on time each time and called to reconfirm appointmens and to let us know when they were arriving. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. I would definately use them again as I may soon be in the market for a new hot water heater.

Description of Work: We asked them originally to take a look at a leak in our living room ceiling and to fix the kitchen sink drain /faucets. Also wanted them to install new shut off valves by the utility sink in the basement. | |They quickly determined by looking in the attic over the dining room - that the leak is coming from the roof ... so they moved on to fixing the sink. They ended up rodding out the sink as well. | |In putting in the new shut off valves over the utility sink, my husband asked also asked them to replace some copper piping, which they were very accommodating to do. Although they were able to complete the job in a short amount of time...completed all the same day. | |Only concerns was that the kitchen faucet still dripped after they fixed, and I replaced the screen head and washer as well - odd since it only drips if cold water is on. We will have to still replace with a new faucet but the drains run fast and clear. But we couldn't be happier how they fixed the drains, which never emptied as fast as they do now. | |When they gave me the total cost... I reminded them we had gone through Angie's List and we should get a 10% discount. He reminded me he rodded the sinks which should have cost us another $200 he didn't charge us for....so that was in our favor. | |I am sorry I don't remember their names but both gentlemen could not have been nicer and clearer on everything they were doing. They also cleaned up everything as they went and before leaving. | |Would gladly use them again.

Description of Work: The maintenance sewer rooting was done on time and on budget. We also got a quote for a new tankless water heater that was quite reasonable.

Description of Work: I had a problem with a toilet leaking from the base. I've installed a few toilets and never had this problem before. I tried multiple wax rings, flange sleeves and spacers to no avail. I called Hannah's plumbing who came to my house to assess the problem. They said that my floor was too high and I needed to replace the whole cast iron flange at a cost of 600.00 and they would have to come back. I was charged 200.00 to reseat the toilet. It would be an additional 400.00 for flange replacement. I called Hannah's plumbing back because I thought the price was too high and spoke to the owner who looked at my work order and pictures and said it may not be a floor height problem and I might have a crack in the new toilet I bought. He suggested I return it, get another one and place PVC spacers with plumbers putty and silicone to raise the flange height. It worked and I saved the $400.00. Thanks for all your help. The only question I have is why didn't the plumber who came to my house suggest this instead of replacing the whole flange at $600.00

Description of Work: They came in to trouble shoot a leaking toilet. The job was done well and they also provided advice on how I can avoid the problem in future. I was very happy with their service.
