Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Hannah (not sure if date is correct, but somewhere near there) and he talked me through the issue. He is a true professional. Before coming out, he talked me through what I was experiencing. I will definitely recommend and use Mr. Hannah again. It's also a plus he's located very near me. Thanks Hannah Plumbing.

Description of Work: too pricy for two small leaks which someone else came and replaced for 100.00. Also, an onsite quote to replace the kitchen sink drains were $175.00. So, I paid 49.00 for nothing.

Description of Work: Rodded a tricky basement kitchen drain.

Description of Work: Hannah's rodded out my sewer line to the street and also helped with a problem diverter on the tub/shower faucet. The rodding went smoothly, and the plumber who came out was able to dig around the side of the house to find the catch basin to perform the rodding, which saved us $100. He cleaned up everything too. The plumber working on the shower/tub facet investigated the problem and suggested he might have to replace the whole facet. We got a new one, but as it turned out he was able to repair the existing facet, so we went with that option, since it avoided needed to cut holes in the wall. If it fails within a specified time period, they would give us a discount on replacement (so far, it's holding out). He even called to follow-up. My only minor complaint was that this ended up taking three visit because the sewer specialist did not get scheduled when I first set up the appointment, but he was able to come later that day and it was no major problem.

Description of Work: Hannahs did an excellent job. They installed a new water heater in our condo. They were prompt, the service was quick and the installation was flawless. This was a third floor walk up but the crew took it in stride. Thet removed and disposed of the old unit but there was no mess left behind at all. An excellent company and i would use them again in a second. Thanks Angie's List for making that connection!
