Description of Work: cleared a blocked sewer line on a Sunday of a holiday weekend, I don't recall the exact date - but the price was higher because it was a Sunday and an emergency

Description of Work: Went above and beyond what needed to be done. Very professional, courteous and even took the time to explain how to maintain it all. GREAT job!

Description of Work: They unclogged my toilet which it turns out does not have proper venting because the plumbing in my house is not up to code. However, they left a big dark scrape at the bottom of the toilet bowl that looks like permanent rust, and they never gave me an estimate to fix the venting problem. Guess they don't want my business.

Description of Work: Good at cleaning drains - two bathrooms two technicians! one forgot to tell the other one he was going to run water - flooded kitchen floor and went thru ceiling over my desk downstairs. One broke a pipe-repaired nicely, but next morning washing dishes another flood. They had to come back and add more tape. Oh I and it would cost more if they had to | |reconnect my dish washer pipe under the sink which they disconnected. So not I cannot run my dish washer!

Description of Work: Replaced sump pump -- price included sump pump and labor. | |I can't say enough good things about them. I had used them for some very minor jobs before so when we got that freezing rain/sleet mixture that turned into rain in December and my sump pump stopped working, I called them at about 7:00 am. | |I caught someone (I believe it was the owner) in his car so I told him the problem. I just finished my basement over the summer and water was seeping in from all around the basement since the sump pump stopped working during the night. He must have been able to hear how upset I was and he said that he would have someone out that day, probably have to be the last service call of the day. I had to go to work and left my mother at the house. They called back to let me know someone would be over to my house around 10:00 am as there was another service call in the area and they would fit me in. He arrived promptly, didn't mind my toddler watching, and even cleaned up the water that had seeped in around the work area! My mother also said she felt very comfortable with them in the house with her and a child.

Description of Work: They installed an outdoor frost-free faucet.

Description of Work: I had an underground pipe leak which caused the sump pump to go on frequently. Mike of Hannah provided an estimate and arranged service the same day. Angel, the technician, broke up the floor, provided all new piping, poured cement to fill the hole. and provided clean up service. He worked approximately five straight hours until the job was completed. Angel is an excellent employee. and I will request him for future plumbing services.
