Hannah's Plumbing & Maintenance

The plumbers arrived as agreed on Monday 7/5. This was a holiday for many people and companies, but not for this service. They arrived early in an attempt to accommodate my request. After about an hour of rodding, it became apparent that my problem was severe in nature. They put a camera down the line and indicated that I needed to consider installing an exterior clean out ASAP. I agreed and set up a time to do the job later in the week. Within 15 minutes of their departure, my line was backing up, now in a state of "distress". They came BACK to my house, helped me clean up and advised that my service needed to be expedited because I should not use the water until this service was completed. They then began to make the appropriate calls (Nicor, etc) to begin the big dig in my front yard the following day. They arrived as promised and removed the dirt and located the line. They then spent a good 3-4 hours of rodding in the hot sun until there was a breakthrough and the water began to flow properly. The roots they removed were so tightly knit, they looked like a carpet. We thoroughly tested the water and they went home for the day. I had water again! The next day, they returned and replaced pipe and met with village inspectors. They then put the soil back in the hole and cleared the work site. Mike and his partner did a great job. This was a grueling 3 day job in very severe (hot) weather conditions but they didn't give up until my problem was fixed. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing service needs.

I searched, I called, they came. Greg, my plumber was clean, fast and very nice. What more could I ask?

My wife noticed some mold growing on the drywall in the basement bathroom so I pulled out moldy drywall. I noticed that the main floor toilet looked like it had become unseated. I checked Angie's List for a well rated plumber and selected Hannah's Plumbing based upon their grade. I called and received a call back within five minutes, mentioned Angie's List and the plumber came by in less than one hour. I would definitely use Hannah's Plumbing again.

excellent, repaired a mess left by another squad, put in a sump pump and energy back up system and has done multipleminor plumbing jobs for me.

I didn?t use their services since the quote was too high. They quoted me $3000 and I got another quote from another company for just $450. Everything else about them was fine except for their quote which was expensive. Their responsiveness was fine and I would not use their services again.

Understand that we are talking about a wonderful 80-year-old house with a plumbing system designed by an untalented amateur and installed by psychotic macaques.After our usual drain-cleaners had their power rod break off in our upstairs tub drain, we decided it was Time. Two days after calling Greg, Mark appeared on our doorstep. His first impression was more moderate than the previous plumber, but he did say that the extra drum traps on the tubs were "wierd" and that the pipes seemed to disappear on the second floor and magically reappeared in the basement. Subsequent measuring led to the discovery of a hitherto-unsuspected secret panel at the back of a utility closet which revealed the missing pipes. Sadly, no sign of Jimmy Hoffa was found. The estimate was completed for both upstairs and downstairs at between $1400-$1800 depending on the number of unpleasant surprises encountered. He figured the job to take 1 1/2 to 2 days. Mark and Matt showed up on time and early Saturday (yes, campers, Saturday!) and were done by 3:30 pm. No wall damage. No floor damage. New pipe top to bottom with rodding points throughout, which will probably never need to be used. New drain stopper in upstairs tub ("Squeeee!" said my daughters) and all pipes draining beautifully. Full cleanup before they left and full explanation of what they did and why. Finished 8 hours ahead of schedule and $400 under estimate. On a Saturday. Hire these guys.

I haven?t used them yet. They did a good job with giving us the estimate.

They were great. Explained the whole process, came in and did the work, dealt with the inspector and were out. They were clean in the work space and very easy to deal with. I will hire Hanna's againg for future work.

They were knowledgeable and down to earth. I will use them again in the future.

Overall it was a great experience with Hannah's Plumbing. They were done in 45 minutes and both are working well now.

I called them on Thursday and they came out the next day. It turned out that they needed 1" copper tubing in order to complete the repair, Inasmuch as it was a very slow leak, they scheduled us for Monday. They were suppose to call prior to coming out, and did not. However, we were happy to have the work done. It looks fine now. We have used Hannah previously, and will use them again.

Shower and toilet were backing up. They rodded my main line and that didn't solve the problem so they ran a camera through the sewer line and found tree roots, etc. They came back the next day and hydro/power cleaned the line. It cleared the clog. They found other serious issues with the line. They gave us an estimate for repairing--which will take laying a new line from the house to the street. Overall, they did exactly what they said they would do. They were punctual, professional, and efficient.

Greg Hannah, owner of Hannah's Maintenance Inc came to house on Feb. 20 to unclog bath-tub drain and face wash sink drain. He was very professional, honest, clean, and tidy about his work. I would always call him to service any plumbing needs whether big or small.

He was excellent and we continue to use him over and over again. This job was very involved because the point of connection was where the building?s electrical grounding wire was as well. It wasn?t very expensive and I was really surprised.

It turns out the noise from the ejector (ejector pump?) was normal (I thought it sounded a little loud). Mike and Issac were both friendly, professional, and most importantly, they didn't try to sell me something I don't need. I really appreciate the fact that they were very straight with me. They explained how the ejector works and they let me know that I could have a "silencer" installed for $175. Since the ejector is in a basement, not a living area, I chose not to have anything done. I would grade punctuality at a B+. The appointment was for 9:30, they called at 9:00 advising they would be a little late, and they arrived at 10:00 (to be fair, there was a snow storm the night before, making travel a little difficult). If I have any plumbing issues in the future, I will call Hannah's Plumbing first.

The job went well. After calling another plumber the week before 3 times, and never called back to say he wasnt interested in doing the job, I emailed Hannah. I got a response within an hour, the night before he came to do the work. He arrived on time as scheduled , made an assesment and gave me an estimate, addressed my concerns and questions, and started the work with his crew. Very professional team of young men. They work very well together and got the job completed within 3 hours. What I liked was that the price turned out about $60 less than the estimate. According to the laws in our town, a permit needs to be obtained and work had to be inspected. Was inspected by the town and that went without a hitch. I would gladly reccommend them to anyone in need of good quality plumbing services.

Greg was great! He installed a hot water heater and fixed gas leaks. He also installed shut off values, drain pipes, etc... He showed up on time and did a great job! I would definately hire him again. Very professional and a honest plumber.

We had a mysterious leak which showed up as a wet spot on our ceiling, and we'd had several other workmen here to find the problem, to no avail. Greg traced the problem to a pipe in the walls, and fixed it with minimal damage. He was thorough, great problem solver, and really considerate when in my home. He is a total pro. Could not recommend him more.

They were able to respond within two days. They had a reasonable price. They completed the work efficiently and effectively.

Called Hannah's yesterday and they came out today. He fixed it quickly and without a huge bill. He also fixed our garbage disposal with an easy fix. Extremely honest.

They came out twice in the past 3 months. The toilet had to be finally cleaned up, as it was causing an overflow. They were quick to figure out the problem and found a solution. It's been working perfectly since then. I had used their services many years ago in an emergency situation, as there was a leak in the wall.

He came out the day that I called to give me an estimate. On the day of the job he patiently waited for my condo building to shut down all water to the building. He even found and fixed a problem with a common element pipe. He called later in the day to ensure that there was no leak once the water was turned back on. I would definetly use Grege again.

Greg came over the day after we called him. Our garbage disposal was leaking so we could not use our kitchen sink. He picked up a replacement unit for us, came when he said he would, quickly did the job and cleaned up. We have used Greg before and will again. He knows what he is doing, is friendly and is professional.
