As usual, the service provided by Hannah's Plumbing was superior. Matt told me how to avoid the problem and what to do if it happened again. He said that since it still seemed to be fixable, it was not necessary to replace the damaged part right at that point.

Everything was done professionally.

Everyone was very polite, from the lady on the phone to Mike. He came in, assessed the situation and got down to work. The job was done quickly and Mike did a good job of cleaning up after he completed the work. Afterwards we ran a lot of water to make sure it worked before he left.

He was good. We had used him for something else before. He was very professional and he did exactly what he said he would do. He was very personable and we were very happy. We would absolutely use him again.

They were pleasant, prompt, and professional, and came the same day which we needed due to the drains backing up. Their bid on the larger job of running a new gas line was higher than others so we did not use them on that aspect of the job.

They finished the job in less than half an hour and did an excellent job.

The repairman was very professional and efficient, and he did quality work. My only issue is that they gave me a 2-hour window when the repairman would arrive, and I had to call the office when the window had passed and he still wasn't there. He ended up being about 45 minutes late. It was a few days after some pretty bad storms, so I'm sure they were very busy, but I would have appreciated a phone call letting me know that he was running late. Otherwise, I had a great experience with this company, and I would definitely use them again.

Can't believe I'm reporting this--got a call from a nervous tenant at our condo, reporting that the kitchen faucet was leaking. Couldn't get out of work on time to take a look myself, and I called Hannah's. Alfonso and another plumber arrived within the hour, took a careful look at things, and found a single loose connection. They tightened it -- and called me to tell me there would be no charge. I'm in a state of disbelief. They did the analysis, and even though the work was light, I don't think I've ever run into a plumber who wouldn't have charged for time, or a service call fee. I obviously would not hesitate to recommend Hannah's plumbing.

Professional. Very reasonable pricing.

When I made the phone call to the company I got a quick response and quick service. Mark explained my options for a new water heater and gave me enough information so that my husband and I could make a decision that would work for us. He did a super job of redoing the pipes, vent and chimney and made sure that everything was back in good working order before he left.

I thought they did a very nice job. I would use them again.

I googled how to adjust a mixing valve, but I did not understand instructions for adjusting a Delta faucet. Mark from Hannah promptly returned my call and courteously explained what to do. I did as he advised and was able to adjust fix the valve in 15 min.! Thank you, Hannah Plumbing! I will definitely call again for future jobs!

They called us back within an hour of our initial call. We scheduled a time and they called twice during the afternoon to let us know the progress of their job. They fixed everything and left the basement clean -and smelling fresh. We needed some other plumbing work done and that was also completed to our satisfaction. My husband said that one experience made our purchase of Angie's List worthwhile.

In 2008, we had a tankless (Takagi) water heater installed. The plumbers we used at the time had no clue what they were doing. Over the last 2 years, every time we ran a dishwasher or laundry, our house would sound like it was having an earthquake. It kept getting louder so we decided to celebrate my paycheck by calling Hannah's Plumbing. We had used them once before and they were great. I told them we had a tankless water heater and they immediately suggested a particular plumber of theirs named Mark. He innately knew what was wrong and after he was done (we had him swap out the kitchen sink faucets and repair the bathroom sink and more. We like to wait until a plumber is REALLY needed.) we still heard the noise but only from our dishwasher. Mark stayed an extra hour at no extra charge and consulted with the manufacturer's support line who didn't help, then Youtube which didn't help. Finally on www.fixya.com , he discovered turning one setting in the water heater's switchbox resolved it. It sure is a long way from when I helped my stepdad's business with wrenches and cutters. Any way, he was fantastic, knew everything and figured out what wasn't in plain sight. I can only assume the price in total was fair. I know that I'll always pay more for ethical quality work which I did here. Also, when taking the cost I paid today and realizing I haven't had to pay any plumbing costs in some time, it wasn't that bad. I will ONLY call Hannah's Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Hannah's was able to send a team out the day after I called. The guys were on time, polite, and wore covers on their shoes to keep from tracking dirt inside the house. The assessed the situation and made the fix quickly as they were out of here in about 40 minutes.

Called around 4:00 p.m. and was told someone would be calling me back. Never received a call back so called a couple of hours later around 6:45 p.m. and left a message. Greg called me back right away. Greg stated that they tried to call but I was home?. Greg stated he could have a repairman out the next morning. The repairman showed up right on time by 9:00 a.m. Told him that the tank was leaking water from the value and that it was >20 years old. He recommened replacing the tank. I felt the pricing was a bit high but he stated he could have a new one replaced within a couple of hours. He could also give me a Senior discount. I went ahead and told him to do the job. They left to pick up new water tank and returned within a 1/2 hour and by 12:00 p.m. the job was completed..

I called Hannah Plumbing because, of course, I was going to have an Easter Brunch for 20 people and the family foom bathroom started leaking and was causing me to have ants. I told Mark (the plumber) and Janie (the receptionist) that I was having company and needed to have this water leakage taken care of before Easter Sunday. Mark immediately called me, told me he'd be out the next morning at 9:00 a.m. He was there at 9:00 promptly He called me at work and discussed what he was going to do to the leaking toilet, and discussed additional work of rodding another toilet, replacing the insides of a Koehler Toilet and replacing a main house shutoff valave. He had to repeat himself very often so I understood what he was going to do. He was so patient with me as I know he felt it was important that I understood what he was going to do and the cost of these projects. I told him to go ahead with the work, because by this time I really felt I could trust him. When he was done, he called me again at work and discussed the completed work. He was also very kind and patient with my husband, who is not feeling well. Mark worked around my husband trying not to disturb him unnecessarily. The cost was very reasonable. Done efficiently , neatly and with thoughtfulness. A very nice young man. I would recommend Hannah Plumbing highly.

My experience with Hannah's was a good one. Mark was extremely thorough and quick, both to respond to my call as well as the start and completion of the work needed to be done.

I had a pipe that had dislodged in a crawl space that caused water to cover a majority of the crawl space, so I needed the pipe fixed or replaced quickly. I called the company late in the afternoon, approximately around 4:00 P.M., and did not think they would be able to make it out that late in the day, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would send someone over to look at it. The plumber by the name of Mark showed up within the hour and assessed the repair quickly, gave me an estimate, I accepted and he did the job in quick and professional manner. What I loved about their service, is that I DID NOT feel hustled in any way. I felt he was honest with me and performed exactly what was needed to be done. What I also must applaud is that I had some items that had been damaged in the crawl space due to the water and Mark helped me get it out and throw it in the trash. That to me was way ABOVE & BEYOND his call of duty and was very much appreciated by this customer. He also took the time to explain what went wrong with my pipe and explained the mechanics of my sump pump. What I loved about that was that it wasn't like he was just trying to get in and out, he fixed what was needed, answered my numerous questions, and answered them genuinely without trying to brush me off. Mark was a great plumber, and I may have found my go to plumbers from now on. GREAT JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!VERY SATISFIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It went fantastic. They were in and out in a reasonable time and my drain was flowing freely. I was ecstatic.

Had a scheduled appointment for 9am on a Saturday. Received a call at 4pm on Saturday stating that there was some type of miscommunication at the office about my appointment. Didn't seem interested in rescheduling. Ask me to take photos of work needed instead and send them to him. I agreed but then thought that if the company can't come to my home to do an estimate then what guarantee do I have that they would show up to do the work.

Mark from Hannah's Plumbing installed a new water heater, replacing one that was 18 years old. He was quick, knowledgeable and very courteous.He and his helper knew exactly what to do and did it efficiently. Some parts from the old fittings did not work any longer because of corrosion. They handled those issues without any difficulty. They checked a number of drains and faucets to make sure there were no leaks, as I asked them to look at all of the sinks since the one in the main bathroom was leaking and I needed an estimate on replacement. He also told me how to find a match for the color of a very old toilet that needs to be replaced. I could not have been happier or more impressed by their professionalism. They even vacuumed the stairs to the basement after they finished their work on the water heater (it was carried into the basement). I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a water heater installed. The price I was charged was exactly what they quoted and they did not try to add on any other charges. They seem to be good honest people in business to impress their customers. And they did just that. I will use them again for the additional plumbing services that this house needs.

I called on Saturday morning expecting to have someone come out the following week. Mike arrived within the hour! He opened up the main line (which has never been opened) and used the snake to move through the line to the street. A giant root ball is in the line out in the front yard. I was there the whole time; Mike explained the situation and showed me what he was able to pull out. Then the scary news: excavation in the front yard, removal of the section of pipe that contains the blockage and installation of a cap so that routing in the future can be done easily. Total charge: $3,800.00 with half paid today. Will be back on Monday 03/14 to begin work in yard. I was definitely happy with the work done so far and thought about getting another estimate but based on the ratings, promptness and knowledge from Mike I'll stick with Hannah. I'll update once the work is finished! UPDATE 04/21/12 I just realized i didn't update regarding the work done in our yard. Mike and his partner came out the next day and parked a backhoe in our yard, which meant he would be back on Monday as promised. Monday morning they both came and began digging out the spot. They put plywood down on the grass to hold the excavated dirt! It took two days and Mike showed me the damaged pipe. He replaced it and refilled the hole. Other than the pile of dirt, there was no evidence that work had been done on the remaining lawn. He explained that we needed to let the dirt settle for a few months before we removed the mound. We did so and reseeded, looks great. it was expensive but it had to be done and i would recommend them any day! UPDATE 05/06/15 The plumbing for our kitchen sink was leaking so we had Hannah come in and reroute the whole thing (they also said it wasn't code as the previous owners had done the work themselves). The two guys that came out explained the problem and reworked the plumbing. It was done quickly and cleanly and the price was what was expected. The two guys were great, friendly and efficient. Use this company!!!

Hannah's Plumbing & Maintenance has very reasonable prices and is very responsive when we need help. He is a very good problem solver and has solved many problems in our old building. He makes sure everything stays up to code and does a great job.
