Overall, very satisfied with Hannah's plumbing. Mike called to let me know he was on the way for my scheduled appointment to install shutoff valves under my kitchen sink in my 57 year old house with galvanized pipe. Everything was neatly done, tidied and leak free when complete. I would definitely re-hire in the future.

I had noticed moisture and debris around the base of the toilet 2 mo. prior. A different plummer (non-Angie's) looked at it and said there was no problem. The problem worsened and I contacted Hannah's. Greg responded quickly by phone. I suppose to the homeowner, every plumbing problem is an emergency! I was quite worried about water damage, especially since I had noted a problem a few months prior to this. The toilet was on the 2nd floor above a living room with plaster crown molding. He was very sensitve to my concern and arranged to come out right away. Fortunatley there was no indication of water damage, but the old wax ring was obviously in need of replacement. I often dread repairs because oof collateral damage: walls get scratched, tiles cracked etc. NOT SO on this job. Greg could handle the heavy toilet , double checked that he had a good seal, and cleaned the area up well.

My husband had just walked in the door when he heard a whoosh noise and it started to rain in our garage. He ran upstairs to find water coming out of a pipe in the attic. He shut off the water, hopped on Angie's List, and found Hannah's with an A rating and good reviews. He called and was told a plumber would be out in an hour. In an hour Todd, the plumber, was here and diagnosed the problem as a pipe that had disconnected due to a bad connection job in the past. He patiently walked us through (very patiently as my husband and I are new homeowners with absolutely no plumbing skills whatsoever) the problem and where everything was connected and how to maintain and turn off our water should the need arise. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very professional service. I would recommend using Hannah's again.

weWe were having difficulty with the drains in our bathtub and sink. Previously we'd been told that the entire plumbing syustem wopuld have to be replaced, which we hope that we would not have to do., Chuck, from Hannah's west coast offices came to our house, on time, and cleared the drains in less than an hour. He said he'd need us to help with a few things. His work was outstanding. and we DO plan to call them again and have additional work done, when ready. They were well informed, told me what they were doing

And so, from small jobs to large jobs, Hannah's Plumbing is an excellent company with some great workers. I would use them again -- that would be for job number Four.

The plumber was prompt. He checked several things before he determined what needed to be done. The only negative of the experience was that he replaced a pipe under the sink with a pipe made out of PVC pipe, which is not what I had before or wanted.

we had a vessel sink in a powder room that didnt drian well. Called on a Saturday afternoon, and were visited an hour or so later.

Greg came out within 30 minutes to assess the problem. Simply amazing. He ordered what we needed and quoted us a really fair price. $2400. His employees are neat and courteous and he always calls back as promised. We had another separate issue with our shower not delivering any cold water. Sounds nice in theory, until you're standing in scalding water. Greg came out on a Saturday within 30 minutes and spent some time troubleshooting. He didn't try to sell us parts we didn't need but told us what he would order, ordered it, installed it when the parts came in and we're happy and back in business again. The whole job with parts was around $280. I'm very happy to have found Greg because you can really tell he is an honest caring guy who will do good work at a fair price.

He came, he fixed, we paid, he left.

Greg and one of his plumbers came out to my apartment building, addressed some issues in 2 different units. They were great to work with, professional, clean, and courteous to the tenants. I left after they started the work, and Greg called me several times to keep me posted on the work. I have several other projects in mind for the building, and Greg and his team will be my go-to people for plumbing work.

1. The first time I used them they came out quickly and found my pump was clogged. This was easly repaired. 2. The second time they came out to review an issue I had with a lick bork heater. They disconnected teh heater and installed cut off valve so I could service the heater agian in the future if necessary. Once I got the required part they returned and completed the job. 3. I had a back up in my grease trap, they came out and completed the job wthin a couple of hours. This was so important so I could keep my store open.

In a nut shell, He's a plumber and i'm not.

Greg Hannah was very responsive and very thorough in his review of the issue. While we discovered later that the leak was most probably my visiting son's dog having TAKEN a leak by the standpipe, Greg tested all the possible reasons why we might have a problem in that area. He clearly communicated his findings and impressed us as an honest, knowledgeable and reliable service provider. We expect he will be our go to plumber in the future as a result of the trust established in this initial encounter.

We had Greg Hannah from Hannah's Plumbing come to our place when we moved in to give us an estimate for replacing all the galvanized pipe in our house. It took about a week, but he gave us his honest advice and what we consider a good estimate. While we have yet to have the pipe replacement completed (per our choice), we called Hannah's about a month later when we had a plumbing emergency. Hannah's sent a plumber the same day -- about two hours after we called. And while he was unable to fix the problem that night (he did not have the part on his truck and it was already evening), he returned the next morning, first thing, and fixed the problem in a few hours. Turns out we needed a new injector pump. Hannah's replaced it with a quality pump that will hopefully last for some time. We will absolutley use Hannah's in the future, for all of our plumbing needs.

I scheduled an appointment to receive an estimate regarding a gas odor coming from my sewer. The scheduler was very polite and professional. On the day of the appointment, the plumber called right on time and instead of coming out asked me to explain my problem over the phone. I was a little surprised, but complied. He indicated that based upon my description of the problem, he needed to do a 'smoke test' that would cost $250 in order to determine where the smell was coming from. He also said that he didn't have any in stock, and I would need to schedule an appointment for a different day in order to have him come out. I felt like he really didn't want to be bothered unless he knew he would gain some revenue. Needless to say I never called back and he never followed up. Definately a little disappointed

Our old, gate-type, main shut off valve began leaking along with a crack in our lead ball in the main line where it comes into the house from the street. These issues "coincidently" happened while I had some other contractors in the house doing bathroom repairs, but they claimed they didn't cause it. I called the pro's at Hanna's on my way to work and explained the situation. Since it was the main valve and lead ball before it reaced our meter, it required my calling the Village to get the water shut off at the street and a permit for the repairs. The guys at Hanna's were great. They were on site shortly after the village came out to shut off the water around noon. The repairs had to be done before 3:00pm so the village could turn the water back on before they quit for the day, or else we would not have water for another day. Aware of the timeframe, one guy went to village hall to get a permit for the work while the other waited for word at the house to begin repairs. Since Hanna's was already licensed with the village, the permit process went smoothly. The custom nauture of the (85yr old) lead ball joint and valve required a trip to the plumbing store to ensure fit. With a few minutes to spare, they completed the repairs and called the guy at the village (who kindly left his cell phone number) to turn the water back on. Success! I would definitely call them again, especially for complicated or emergency work.

I woke up to a badly leaking hot water heater. I had previously used Hannah's Plumbing to fix a sewage problem and was quite impressed with their work so I decided to give them a call. A plumber was out by noon and the installation of the new water heater was completed by 3 p.m.. I couldn't be happier with the service, the price and the product.

All in all, the experience was positive. I called on a weekday evening to inquire about getting a quote and they were very responsive and had someone out to inspect my catch basin the next day and provide a quote. A few weeks later I scheduled the catch basin cleaning and also rodding out of the sewer line. The day of the service I was expecting them to be out first thing in the morning. The arrival was slightly later than expected due to a small mix-up on their schedule as to what the services were, but without any hesitation they were promptly out at my house once the issue was identified. The service went very smoothly and they were very pleasant to deal with. I asked them to seal the catch basin cover with some silicon to make it tougher for my kids to lift the cover and they went ahead and did that for me as well.

He cut two small holes in my hall wall about 4X4 each. Replaced the broken section of pipe and installed some support as my shower arm and head are heavy. He also suggested additional support options I could add myself.

Our 2nd floor tub and toilet were clogged and Drano was not working. I made an appointment for Monday morning (Oct 8th)and "Dave" showed up. He was on time and explained that it would be $275 for using an air gun to clear the line or $300 if he had to pull the toilet to snake/rod out the line. He worked on the clog for a while using different tools (air gun, snake) but had to pull the toilet and use a "power rodder". He let the water run for 15 minutes and flushed the toilet a few times to show that it was draining fine. About ten days later, we had the same problem. I called over the weekend and Dave came out again Monday (Oct 22nd). He was going to use a camera to try to see what might be blocking the line and this would be an additional $125. He rodded the line again just so he could use the camera and it showed that there was a lot of blockage in the drain line in our basement. In the basement he opened the cap on the clean out line and the line was full of grease. Rodding out the line was only a temporary fix this time because the grease just resealed after a few days. The grease was pooling because the line had no "pitch"; it actually sag slightly in the middle. The next course of action was to use a blow bag to clear out the grease and shim the pipe so it would not be level. Dave didn't have what he needed so he was going to come back the following day. On Tuesday Dave came back and finished the job. The line in the basement was rodded out in both directions and the pipe was shimmed so the water would naturally flow down. Dave showed me what he did and he also cleaned after himself. Although I had hoped that one service call would be all that was needed I did feel that there were factors that no one could foresee. I think that Dave put forth a great effort and acted professionally. The $600 total cost for clearing the line and pitching the pipe were worth it.

Great experience. I called asking for a quote. My call was returned within 5 minutes. Over the phone I was given a quote to replace our existing 50 Gallon water heater. Greg gave me a very competitive price for the water heater ($425) and also mentioned a special they were running on Angies List for the labor ($275). I scheduled the installation for the next day. The installer arrived promptly on time and completed the install in a timely manner. Everything works great. Highly recommend for their fair price and customer service.

They were fantastic. Mike came out to assess our problem quickly. It was underground and not on the water line, so he couldn't provide an exact estimate but provided me with a very accurate range depending on the potential problem. He warned me they don't do sprinklers. They called before they arrived, were prompt and friendly, and (when it of course turned out to be the sprinkler) were very helpful with advise. I will definitely use them again.
