Excellent. They were very professional. They bought the right tools and they fixed the problem right then. Very nice, personable person came out.

They used 2 different snake machines on two different days to solve the issues with the pipes ,with success.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. He did a great job and he was reasonably priced. It was $49 supposed to be for the inspection and $49 for repairs. I knew what I needed. I called him and I knew what he needed, but he gave me that $49 off on the repairs even if it was more than the typical Angie's List discount of $10. He was very good. He was very efficient and he came right away. I thought they were great! The original price was $280 and he took $49 off of that. Plumbers even charge you travel time, but he didn't charge me for traveling. He wasn't that close, he was at least 15 minutes away. He said it was not a big deal because I'm not that far. I sent him a picture of my old faucet so he got me something else. I was very happy with them.

I did not have any work done, but the contractor was very responsive to my deal request. I did not realize my spouse had scheduled a different contractor for the planned work prior to my purchasing the deal. My cancelation is no negative reflection on Hannah's Plumbing. They appeared to be very responsible, responsive and professional.

The plumber arrived on February 7th and took a look and said he would go back to the office to have them write up the estimate. The plumber was professional and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. He told me he would ask for it to be expedited because he felt I was a motivated client. After one week of waiting for the estimate, I called the office on February 14th to inquire about the estimate. I was told that someone would get back to me. To date I have not received an estimate nor have I been contacted by Hannah's. I decided that if they could not provide me with a simple phone call I could not trust them to do any work for me. I have subsequently called Goode Plumbing and have already received a written estimate and they have called me back several times regarding my questions on the estimate.

Quoted us $463.00 to cut out p-trap and install nipple and p-trap on full bath sink and rod lab sink said $49 coupon would be applied to work Asked us if we tried drain cleaners We said no After he left we put down drain cleaner and clog disappeared For what we paid he could have put down drain cleaner himself

Ok, so we called to schedule the appointment for 830am on a Saturday morning. Not an ideal time, but I really wanted my new showerhead installed and my kitchen sink tightened. These should be minor repairs for anyone with plumbing experience. $100 bucks should cover it in my opinion. He called me at 900am after I had commuted back to the residence, telling me that there was an emergency and he couldnt come until later. I understand emergencies, but you would think that he would call me before, not when he was already a half an hour late. He told me that he would give me a heads up when he was on his way over later. Ok, he called when he was 5 minutes away - not a big deal but this just continued the trend of unprofessionalism and general uselessness. When he came to my house to install a basic showerhead, he told me that I would have to remove the tiles in the shower, buy a bunch of parts that for some reason he didnt have, and that it would "be expensive".... to install a basic showerhead. I dont know jack about showerheads, so I just said ok, please dont do all that. Next, I asked him to tighten my kitchen sink. The faucet worked fine, but it was wobbly. He told me I needed a brand new faucet, and that this would be another costly repair. You guessed it, he was completely wrong again. I had the drywall guy fix my sink right up, with the current faucet. Basically, this guy was late without calling, came over and accomplished nothing, and gave me false information about things I needed to buy, when in fact I didnt need to purchase anything. I dont think I could imagine a scenario where I received worse service without this company literally taking a sledgehammer to all of my pipes and lighting my house on fire. Dont purchase unless you are intending to purchase a deal where somebody steals $50 from you in an attempt to steal more. In that case, this is a great deal.

I had them out for a problem with a leaking toilet, and they were helpful in fixing it. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

Called and described my problem: no hot water due to circulator pump not functioning. Gave them the part number on the pump. Called back 2 hours later after locating the pump and gave me the price. Asked me to take a picture of the pump to confirm the details. They then went to get the pump and arrived later the same day and installed the new pump. Excellent service and installation.

I would recommend them, because he was awesome. We wanted him to do a complete inspection of the plumbing to our home that was built in 1921. We knew we would have to do a bathroom and kitchen rebuild and we wanted to replace the pipes with copper and PVC. We had another plumber who was unresponsive so I found HANNAH'S PLUMBING & MAINTENANCE. Greg was able to come out and give us an estimate that was less than half the price than what the other company quoted. He was able to let us know the days he had available before he left. His guys were fantastic and fast. This job took a total of 3-4 days. Greg was here in the morning to make sure his team was here on time and then Greg came back at the end of the day to make sure they did everything correctly. They were wonderful to work with. I wished Angie's List would let me give them an A+.

They did a good job and cleaned up after they were done. They were very nice and explained what they could do and the limitations due to things beyond their control

They got there early. I didn't have to sit around all day waiting for them. He checked it out, explained what was going on. He gave me what it would cost, then the discount. Very nice, good experience.

Afterwards they explained and showed us why it happened and what needed to be done to prevent it from happening in the future; this has been a recurring problem. They also gave a reasonable estimate for the future work with no pressure to have them come back to do it.

Perfect. Two gentlemen arrived at approximately the time scheduled. This was during a time of crazy weather in Chicago, when water pipes were bursting and plumbers were in demand. They came in, diagnosed the problem, and resolved it in short order. I will l absolutely call them again.

We are supposed to get a refund on that because we did use them but we forgot about the Big Deal we purchased. We liked them; there were two gentlemen. They came when they said they would and knew what they were doing. They completed the work and the price was fair; it was kind of what we had expected to pay for the work we had done. Everything was great with Hannah’s Plumbing.

I would like to preface this by saying I have used this company before and have also recommended them to my parents for jobs in the past and they have done satisfactory work. . This will be the last time we use them though. After initial service and estimate on 2/4/14 I called them back two days later on 2/6/14 because water started to erupt from the drain pipe in the garage. We called Hannahs and the repair man (MIKE) arrived and called me as I was on my way home to meet him. He asked what was wrong, I told him I believe what he rooted on 2/4 must have backed up another drain pipe and before I could even finish the sentence he immediately started denying that this new problem had anything to do with what he did two days prior. (before he even entered the house mind you) He was giving me great attitude and acting extremely unprofessional during the phone conversation and actually hung up on me at one point, only to call right back. He told me "I should line up the block with plumbers" to come give estimates on what he did. After further review I do not believe the problem was cause by them just a very strange coincidence, but long story short; the unprofessional-ism and attitude showed towards their customer today is enough to decide they no longer will have this families business.

Called the guy during the polar vortex. He said he was all backed up. He never called back to follow through. It has been a month already.

Unclogged two drains. One ran slow, the other was completely blocked. They came on a Saturday, without extra charge, and worked quickly. The second drain required that they open the line at two access points, so it was a big job. They were neat and cleaned up after thier work. They also explained what they thought the problem was and what they were doing to clear it, which I appreciated.

The project went very smoothly. One day outage. Water was actually off for 2.5 hours during the entire project.

The job was wonderful not only was the lines repaired or replaced but also done professional as the original was routed outside the cabinet inside the wall, with a number of fitting going everywhere and the shutoff valve installed with the valve flow shutting off the water supply from the sink instead of to it,not through the bottom of cabinet to the basement. The only work not done was rerouting through the bottom of the sink because of basement fixtures.

Hannah's was able to schedule the work for exactly when I wanted it done (a couple of days after I called). They completed the work in a few hours, keeping me up-to-date via phone. They suggested the installation of a new ball valve for gas shut off to replace the old "grease-pack" valve, and I agreed. I also requested the standard drain valve be replaced with a full-port ball valve, and they were able to accommodate that request after beginning installation. They cleaned up before they left, including leaves the blew in the basement door as they were coming and going. I was very satisfied with the work and the price.

The work comes with a 90 day guarantee. We wanted the faucet to turn counter clockwise and they increased the pressure of the water and corrected the direction of the faucet to the direction we wanted. They were very responsive, attentive and courteous. Their prices were a bit on the higher end. I'm happy with Mike Brophy.

It worked out very good. It was completed as expected and was reasonable priced. I would recommend to others.

They checked why the sink was gurgling. Flushed the toilet and then check the pipe in the crawl space. Said they thought the septic tank was full. Gave us a name of a Septic Business and said if that isn't the problem give them a call back. The gentlemen were very polite and informative about the drain system. I would call them again. I would give them an A++ on cost and a A++ on service.

Called Greg on a snowy Saturday and someone answered our call directly and he was at hour house within 1.5 hours - which was great. Took care of the clogged toilet - nice, professional guy. We luckily haven't needed this service in awhile so it's a bit more expensive than I was expecting ($149.50) but I guess the price of everything keeps going up. He did a good job - I put his contact info into my phone in case we need a plumber again.
