I thought I was in for a huge job with floors and walls removed, but Greg quickly diagnosed it as just broken toilet bolts and made quick work of it. By the way, he responded to my Angieslist RFQ, on a Saturday, within hours and was able to come that Monday

I had an appointment scheduled for Friday afternoon, which I took off work for. They called me late Friday morning and said they had to reschedule for first thing Monday morning. I was a little annoyed as I rearranged my schedule, but understood as things come up. Monday morning rolls around and no one showed or called after I took off work again. I called them to find out where they were, and after no apology was given they said they would get someone there that afternoon. I find it very unprofessional that they failed to call me Monday morning to inform me no one would show. If you have a schedule or things to do, definitely do not use them. I would not recommend.

Hannah's was the first to respond to our request for a bid and did so with a live phone call - not just an email. They were quick to develop their bid (and did so only after taking a look at photos of the existing system configuration). They gave us options and they were the most economical. They got the project scheduled immediately and had someone out at our place when they said they would be there. They called us before they came and they were in and out with no problems whatsoever. We had them take a look at a couple of other things while they were there (not related to the disposal) and the got back to us quickly with some ideas on how to fix them, while offering solutions that didn't necessarily involve their services in the future. I trust these guys to do any amount of plumbing work for us in the future and will call them first. Period.

The arrived early in the morning to check the water heater and gave me their recommendations and a price. I agreed to have the work done. They told me they were very busy that day but would try to return later that afternoon, after 2pm. They were able to squeeze me in and actually arrived before 2pm. The only concern was that it was 2 different men that arrived then came out that morning. No big deal, just would have been nice to know ahead of time. So far everything is working great, but I will need to keep an eye on it because it was a different model installed, meaning the dimensions were not the same as the one they replaced, so it was a snug fit with side of the water heater directly touching other pipes. All in all, quick reply, good price, worked fast.

The work was done well and some other small accessories were supplied.

Angel was fantastic. He identified the problem - a leaking hose to the faucet - and recognized that it was covered by a lifetime warranty. He got that ordered for me, provided a temporary universal hose, and returned to finish the repair as soon as the replacement hose arrived. He was knowledgeable and thoroughly professional.

I had a pipe burst within the walls of my fire chaste (the interior of the fire place). Angel came up with a number of creative solutions to access the pipe without ruining the new tile on the exterior of the fireplace. He completed the job without ruining the tile. I could not be happier! I would highly recommend Angel who was efficient and highly professional!

As always, showed up on time and fixed correctly. I had water all over and Angel tore out old metal pipe and replaced with PVC. No further issues.

It took a little while to reach the boss to set it up. We could have paid extra for immediate service but we agreed to wait a few days and we got an excellent price. The workmen were a little quirky, but very friendly and very skilled. The work was done correctly and we were thrilled with the results.

Highly Recommended! We had Greg come out to solve a significant water backup problem in our basement. We had had several other plumbing companies come out previously and none of the prior explanations made sense. Greg had a well thought out plan; the plumbers were professional, neat, timely and we had no water backup with the recent significant rains in Chicago. Despite old home syndrome (finding more to do than was initially anticipated,) the project was completed without a problem. They also moved our laundry room to a different part of the basement recently and have done multiple small repairs on faucets in our home. We will only call Greg Hannah Plumbing for future plumbing needs for our home!

Never sent me a quote as to reapairing leaking pipe?

Worst experience I have ever had with any service in any industry. Here is the events: - called on a Wednesday and scheduled a service technician to arrive on a Thursday between 1-3PM. - called on Thursday at 4:20 PM inquiring about status of technician....stated I would get a call back - called again at 4:50 PM after not returning any phone calls. i got the owner on the phone who AT THAT TIME told me they could not service the heater. - I went on explaining that I spoke to one of his employees said it was on the schedule and why I am just now hearing (almost 2 hours after the service window) that they could not help. Owner took ZERO accountability and just shrugged it off. This owner has zero grasp on his employees and doesn't take the time to properly train and makes cheap excuses "it's not my normal person"....not the customer's problem. From on service manager to another this was extremely disappointing and a perfect example of how to not run a field service organization. Simply terrible, plumbers are a dime a dozen....scroll past this company

I had to get two people to come out for the repair, and they charged me twice. The first person didn't fix it.

They did a great job. Other plumbers told us we had to tear the wall down, The plumbers that Hannah's plumbing were above and beyond to fix the leak only opening a kind of window on the wall and crawling inside. They not only fixed the leaks we had detected but others and also fixed some of the plumbing. They did a great job!!

Fantastic work, replaced my sump pump hours before a storm was coming. Called them at the last mins and they delivered. Amazing service. They even cleaned up after.

Well enough. They came quickly, and the minor clean up needed was done well. However, I thought that the price was rather steep since they used our clean out valve outside so never needed to enter the house, the blockage was minor although I know that they charge by the type of job, and we had a senior discount. I have not needed a plumber since the 1990s so maybe the price was more reasonable than I think.
