They came back and complete the job - Great service. Thank you. Hema 1) Leak & drip in the toilet stopped temporarily CHANGING FLAPPER DID NOT WORK . AND 2) inserting shim myself did not work. In order to secure the toilet it needs to be moved again and that I can not do. Another words: work was incomplete. Since the toilet is wobbly the wax seal will crack again and the leak will start again. 3) I just had another plumber do the check on it "ARS -Rescue Rooter" on 5/16/14 - Their recommandation : Toilet needs to pull & reset with new wax ring and leveled with shim.

My wife found water on basement floor and called me. Upon examination I found that water was leaking from a hole on the bottom of a cast iron fitting. I was able to install a temporary patch and then located Greg Hannah's Plumbing on Angie's List. I talked to Greg and explained the situation. He sent over Mike to look It over. Mike and I looked over the problem and he suggested several solutions. We agreed upon one and he quoted a price of $1300.00. The work was scheduled to be performed on 5/16/14. Mike called that morning and said the men would be here in 30 minutes and they were right on time. They introduced themselves and I showed them where the pipe was. They began work immediately and in several hours they were done. They were professional, friendly, all work , neat and excellent craftsman. They asked how I found Greg and I said, " Angie's List ". They then took 10% off the price! My wife and I could not be any happier to have found this company and will definitely call them for any future work. Roy Gray

I cannot sing this company's praises enough! We will ALWAYS use Hannah's for any small plumbing problem to huge plumbing disaster. Their quotes always come in higher than other companies in the area BUT they do exceptional work and they will never charge you for something that does not need to be fixed. We had a water line on the baseboard in our upstairs bathroom. I had the plumbing company come and look at the issue. They were sure to check all avenues before cutting into any drywall. Our pipe underneath our toilet had cracked and needed to be replaced. They also stabilized the toilet to ensure it does not crack again. Our kitchen sink had a slow leak and they replaced the seal in the sink and also some of the pipe below. These guys truly know what they are taking about. They are professional, courteous and have come the day we call both times we have used them.

They showed up when expected, performed the work with no issues or problems, and also were able to turn the gas back on for us. He and his whole team went way out of their way to accommodate us and, most important, to ensure that we had both hot water and heat (we have boilers and it was still quite chilly at night!) as soon as they were able to do so. I was very happy with them and, as I said, I have hired them in the past. They always send a representative quickly, and I have had them actually teach me things in the past that helped me deal independently with problems that may occur in the future. If you're looking for work to be done by trustworthy plumbers, I would recommend that you go no further. Hire Hannah!

Fine. I called the service provider to schedule an appointment using the big deal that I had just purchased, but they told me that the deal did not apply to existing problems, but rather was a maintenance check. They said that I could contact Angie's list for a refund.

Drains were unclogged and are running well.

I was interested in having the new house checked out and getting a quote for a garbage disposal install. Oddly, he discouraged the garbage disposal stating that the 1.5 inch pipe to the stack would not handle the extra workload and I've have to run a new 2 in pipe. Every plumber I've talk to since has disagreed and stated that the 1.5 was standard and fine. He was pleasant, just confusing.

The worker who did the work from HANNAH'S PLUMBING & MAINTENANCE was really nice and did a good job, but it was really super expensive. He fixed what I asked him to fix. I also had a new toilet sitting there and asked them if they could install it. They told me it would be over $300 and other people charge $30 or $50 for. They were exorbitantly priced. I would use them again, but only if I absolutely had to. The cost would keep me from doing that.

We have used this company twice before, and we were satisfied with their work. So we decided to use them again when our laundry tub wouldn't drain AT ALL. They arrived during the window provided and quickly cleared the drain. It took them a mere 15-20 minutes to fix our problem, which was wonderful. The problem, however, was the $225 that we were charged for this quick fix. Next time I have an issue such as this, I will buy one if the $99 deals for two hours of plumbing labor instead!

I called them and told them exactly what was needed. One very pleasant man came out the next day as they said but when looking at the job said they didn't have the correct materials and it was more than a pea trap. I assured them I had explained clearly to the person who answered the phone that it was indeed more than a pea trap, that it was hooking up a new sink to the drain. They apologized and returned the next day. Two men came the next day for this one man job. They moved quickly and completed the work, including very kindly connecting my new faucet. When he finished up, he told me the bill amount. I was rather surprised at how high it was for such a quick job. Sending two men for a one man job, and paying for two was annoying. Next time I would get a clear price estimate before hand. (I had used Hannah the previous year on a bigger job and was very pleased with their work, professionalism and fair price.)

They were punctual, professional, and gave a senior discount. They did more than necessary to complete the job, and cleaned up after themselves.

Great job! The plumber called ahead the day of our appointment, and came when he said he would. He fixed the coiled lines that were slowing the pressure in our new home's sinks and took me through how to keep the problem at bay for the future. He also took a look at the shower and removed a portion of the shower head for much much better water pressure. He was quick, straightforward, and we will definitely use Hannah's again in the future.

Hannah's repaired the faulty work that the previous plumber had done. They took their time and made the corrections and explained to me what had happened. They did a competent job and gave me 10% off the original price for being a member of Angie's List. Everything worked out smoothly.

I needed to the clean out leading to my sewer line rodded and so I attempted to try this big deal on your site. However, I never received a call back and this required immediate attention and therefore I just got a friend of mine to give me a hand instead.

Provider was very professional and friendly. Easy to work with. We didn't end up having a leak... hopefully we can retain the $49 credit for the plumbing issue I hope to never have in the future :)

It was good and I was pleased with what Hannah's Plumbing and Maintenance did. They stuck with it. They told me what they were doing, and they stuck with it. They did do clean up and Hannah's Plumbing and Maintenance did a good job. They figured out the problem and I really didn't have any issues.

Initially, it was easy getting in touch to schedule, the technician was punctual and friendly, and the work was done well. Because of this, I called them again when my bathroom pipes froze, and the owner advised that they were backed up and would call tomorrow to set up an appointment. They never did follow up with me however which was frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, I didn't feel as though the Big Deal was a deal at all because they only gave me a credit towards my final bill. This basically meant that I was just prepaying for a service.

Went fine just pricey. He was also going to give us a top of the line gas line, which really was not needed and I don't want to pay for.

I recently purchased a Big Deal for Hannah's Plumbing for $49 and was under the impression that this was a good deal for my needs. When i called to make an appointment Hannah's told me that I would be better off just paying for the service because I would get a 10% discount and if I used the $49 voucher I wouldn't get a discount and instead Angies List gets the $49. I'm totally uncomfortable with this exchange and do not want to use Hannah's plumbing. I would like to request a refund. I will go back to the list and find a new plumber.

They were great. It was in a very tricky place, and they came out, and they had to make it work without knocking out my wall. They literally started from a 2 hour job to a full day job. They were here from 9 in the morning, to 3 in the afternoon. They didn't charge me anything more, and they didn't quit until it was fixed correctly, and I was very happy with them. I bought the big deal, and then I forgot to use it when I paid them. They had quoted 400 Dollars before they started the work,and that is why I was worried when it took longer, but they didn't charge me any more. They put me off for two days, because they had emergencies, but I had told them it was okay, because I had a bucket sitting there.They did good work.

They came over quickly on a Sunday night and did a great job.

Went very well, they were prompt and courteous and provided tips on how to avoid the problem in the future.
