They were prompt and upfront of the work to be done along with pricing. They were able to clear the obstruction in the main line.

They were out a couple of weeks before yo fix our leaking toilet. We noticed it was starting to leak again so we made another appointment. They came out right away and made sure it was fixed, and apologized for the issue. We have used them before and will use Hannah's Plumbing again.

Mike arrived early, and I explained to him what had happened. He checked out my plumbing set-up in the basement, and we followed the line up to the kitchen...to a shut-off valve at the sink only several feet away from the refrigerator. I should have thought of that. Mike said he was happy to perform the service of installing an extra valve, but he advised against it as it was completely unnecessary and a waste of my money. I agreed. He refused to even charge me for a service call. Mike was professional throughout the short time he was there, and given his years of experience (we briefly chatted about some of the other plumbing in my home), I wouldn't hesitate a minute to call him/his company for any and all plumbing needs.

Excellent. Technician (Mike B.) was on time, professional, friendly, knowledgable, and really went above and beyond in helping us understanding the plumbing challenges in our new home. Will absolutely call again for any related needs.

We called Hannah's plumbing late on a Monday night, and Greg Hannah personally came to our house within one hour to clear our clogged shower drain. He cleared it quickly and with a pleasant attitude. Top-quality service, at a very reasonable price, means we will be using Hannah's in the future.

They called me to let me know that the specific issue that I had was not available for this deal. He said he would only apply the $49 towards the project needed. I feel that they should have been a bit more clearer in the description. I am just requesting a refund.

120+ year old house. Were able to avoid replacement of full main water line. Somewhat complicated job. Required about 20 elbows & connectors, used copper pipe. Much more work could have been done to house plumbing, etc., but got the job that was needed done and done well. Like their work very much. Good work was done. Doubt quality of work could be done for less, but didn't look for bids, as rather new kitchen faucet would not otherwise work.

I called because my washing machine drainage had backed up and started flooding the wash room. They sent a plumber within an hour. Mike T (the plumber) was courteous, friendly, and professional. He told me what was wrong, what he was going to do, and afterwards explained what measures he had taken to fix the issues. He also opened a deeply clogged bathroom sink which I had been struggling with for a while. After he finished clearing the drains, he made sure that they were completely clear and that water flowed freely through the pipes. After he finished he cleaned everything up and gave me a detailed breakdown of what he did and of costs. Throughout all of this he remained pleasant and very patient with all of my questions and comments. Overall, Mike did a great job, and I would recommend Hannah's Plumbing in general, and Mike T in particular for any plumbing issues you may have in your home.

They gave me a time between 9 and 11 am. They called at 8. Called back at 8:45 letting them know we were home. Its been 2.5 hours and I haven't heard back from them.

About a week later, Icalled him again because problem returned. He again stopped the symptoms, but t returned again about a week later.

It went well. "M" was courteous and gave great service. He was knowledgeable and explained what he had to do before he started to work. "M" took the time to cover our kitchen cabinets and cleaned up after the sink was unclogged.

I am so disappointed. First let me explain the issue we were having. Just after we moved in, we noticed the toilet in our downstairs bathroom filled up and overflowed when we emptied the tub on the second floor, or took a long shower. We had one of the pipes in the basement fixed by another company for a lot of money but that was just a band-aid. We also had the toilet rodded out a few times. We decided we wanted to fix the problem for good. I purchased the $49 evaluation from Hannah's Plumbing. When they got here, in January 2014, they told me what I already knew, that there were tree roots imposing on the pipes. They charged us $686.00 to rod out and put a camera down there to see everything, (so I thought). We were given an estimate to redo all the pipes under the house for $5000.00, and were told this would eliminate the problem for good. This would include us doing some of the work like pulling out a wall and flooring, and putting both back when work was finished. When we were finally ready to get the work done, we had them come out (June 28) to give us a run through of exactly what work we needed to do, to get the $5000.00 price. Mike put a camera in the clean out in the basement and told us the scope of the work had changed. On top of replacing the pipes under the house, we also would have to replace the ones going to the clean out in the front and add an overhead sewer. He said the work would be between $9,000.00 and $11,000.00, and he would send us the quote. This was a huge disappointment as we had budgeted for half the year to get the work done. Not only that, we spent $686.00 in January to find out what the problem was. What did we pay for? Why did this not come up at that time? We decided we wanted the problem solved, so we were hoping for the quote to come back on the lower end, at $9,000.00. When we received the quote on Wednesday, we were floored. $17,500.00!!! The cost of the job more than tripled. This is so insane I cannot even conceive that he honestly expected us to accept this. I will note that my husband, my father and myself all heard him say $9,000 to $11,000 as the estimate. He claimed this was just for the additional work after what we had already discussed. Who would have thought this?? So minus the $1500 for materials, we would be paying $16,000.00 for 3 days of work (which is how long he estimated). What do they pay their employees? 4 guys working for 3 days, 8 hours a day, that would mean they are are each getting $167.00/hr. Mind you, this quote includes my husband and father removing the wall, removing the floor, putting the wall back, putting the floor back and backfilling the front yard when Hannah's is done. Are you kidding?? None of those expenses are covered in the quote. Besides the fact that I feel like they stole $686.00 of my money the first time around, I feel like they are incredibly dishonest. Looks like we will be looking elsewhere to fix this problem. This irritates me so bad to start all over again. And I am going to get a couple of quotes to check and see if the work they are quoting even needs to be done. RIDICULOUS!

We've had Hannah Plumbing out before with success at what we consider a very fair cost. They have always been on time, done the work to success and accomplished what we have seen others say couldn't be done. The Hannah worker came out in February to unclog a non-draining sink in the upstairs bathroom and a slow draining sink in the adjacent bathtub. Although it took some time, the man got the job done to success and both are still fine now in July. These had previously been cleaned out some years ago by another company who charged us triple what Hannah Plumbing charged us, and who told us that we'd have to have all the pipes in the upstairs bathroom replaced! Hannah Plumbing told us that they were just old and badly clogged. He also gave us an estimate to remove the basement laundry sinks and install new ones, we had already purchased a unit. We had these done later. In March, two workers from Hannah came out to do this job. Removing the sink and the water lines took some time because the pipes were welded together and they had to be cut apart. It took them several hours and they did an excellent job, they were very thorough, considerate and made certain they showed me what they did, why they did things a certain way and that I was happy with the work. They also had to install cut-off valves because there were no existing cut-offs for the water lines. I was charged exactly the estimate amount and because of the amount of time two plumbers took to do the work, I was happy with what I was charged. They cleaned up after themselves and we are so happy to be able to use our laundry again. I received detailed professional service and receipts for the work; they also showed me the parts they had removed as well as the parts they used and those that were left over from the job that they had not needed to use (as I had provided the parts.) I am delighted to recommend Hannah Plumbing and Remodeling. I had used them previously as well. I can't wait for having enough money to use them for more elaborate work in the future, to be quite honest.

Were having issues with plumbing on second floor of our home...called Hannah's...prompt service as such in the past as well...despite spending a majority of the day with multiple personnel, was charged for the services related to the initially-agreed services which were much smaller than what actually was performed. The owner takes pride in his business and backs it up with the service that clearly proves high-quality service. 100% recommend.

Great. The guys were very nice, informative, clean, prompt, and fixed the issue with no difficulty. We would hire them again.

They were very responsive and professional. They got my frozen pipe fixed within 30 mins.

I was disappointed that they were unable to repair the faucet, but understand the reason why. They provided an estimate for the installation of a new faucet, if and when I decided to purchase one.

Mike came out to do the work. He quickly identified our situation, and advised us how to proceed. We are senior citizens and I admit that I get nervous when we need to request some work to be done. But bluntly, it was like having a member of our family helping us out. He was very patient with our questions and explained a few things that we were not aware of. We chose to purchase our own faucet, and that wasn't a problem. We were promised to have the work done by 3 and it was done earlier, allowing us the rest of the day to attend to other tasks. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I was pleased that my husband had no negative comments at all about the service, and that's about the highest praise anyone can get. :-) Because we had such a good experience, we are going to be contacting Hannah's Plumbing again for a bigger project that we have in mind for later on. They are very dependable and trustworthy and we're looking forward to working with them again. As you can tell, we HIGHLY recommend them.

Before the wall was openned to find the leak I was advised that if the leak was not found in the first spot, walls would continue to be openned. I lucked out. It was in the first spot. The work was explained to me and that the replacement of the wall was my responsibility. 2 plumbers came to do the work and they answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them again. I did use a coupon from Angies list which helped with the cost.

CAME WITH TWO PLUMBERS ON ONE DAY AND PUT IN ALL NEW PIPES IN THE HOUSE. oNE THING WAS DONE WRONG WHICH MY HUSBAND CALLED ON AND THEY CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND FIXED IT. EVERYTHING IS FINE TO DATE. WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE.

The service was fine. They were terrific.

Mike was fast and professional. I had a leak around a pipe fitting attached to the disposal. He evaluated the P-trap and said it need replacing as it would be the next thing to cause a problem. When he showed me the old hunk of pipe, he was able to visibly press the metal pipe with his finger so I'm glad it's replaced.

I purchased a $49 deal to get a plumbing inspection and use it towards any work I decide to get done from Greg Hannah plumbing. I did have Greg come out to my home to do a plumbing inspection, and it took him a whole 5 minutes. He didn't seem like he did a through inspection at all. I also asked him about a very low pressure faucet that I wanted him to take a look at and he chose not to look at it, instead told me its because some of the pipes are not copper and that that would fix it. He then proceeded to quote me verbally right under $5,000, but said he would send me a detailed quote by Monday by email with a more accurate number. I didn't hear from him for a week, so I emailed him and still I got nothing. It took over two weeks to receive an official quote by email. Then when I reached back out to negotiate the price a bit more; He got the deal I purchased mixed up with the most current one and he very rudely told me he didn't want my business. Not what I expect from any good contractor.

They contacted me promptly (within a couple hours) to let me know they don't service my area.
