Hannah's Plumbing & Maintenance

I had previously used Hannah Plumbing to replace outdoor faucets and they did a very nice job. I called them to replace the cartridge in a shower as we couldn't get a full amount of hot water through the faucet. Mr. Hannah told me what piece I needed to order from Kohler as it was still covered under warranty. Alfonso came to our home on 12/19/14. He was prompt, thorough, very pleasant and completed the job efficiently and to my satisfaction. I would certainly recommend Alfonso and Hannah plumbing to friends. I will call them for future plumbing needs should they arise.

Service was fine. No problems. The technician was professional. The problem was the price. I purchased a coupon from Angie's List, and even with the coupon and the 10% off, this plumber's price was more than any other plumber I've paid over the last three years from Angie's List. The coupon did not help or reduce the price to even match that of the competitors. I paid the fee, but will not use this provider again.

Everything went great. Work was done efficiently and timely. Stuck to the price quoted.

Profesional service. From answering the message I left to schedule the visit, to punctuality, friendly, respectful, Alfonso the plumber answer my questions patiently, told me the price, I couldn't afford it, gave me better price, done deal, following with a very quick and well done job. One week after that I called them for another job, to finish the dryer installation, since the appliance store came over a couple of times and didn't do it well.

The plumber did a very good job - He was professional, courteous and respectful of my home. He cleaned the area (on top of the sink and under the sink as well as the drain pipes) that he worked on and even checked the other sink in the bathroom to make sure it didn't have the same problem. I will definitely use you again in the future and will recommend you to others. Ron

I was given a two-hour time frame for the worker to arrive but after 2 hours and 50 minutes no worker had arrived. So when I called the office they were very responsive and got back with me right away. The worker, Angel, arrived later. He was respectful and answered all my questions and explained what he was doing. Since he did not have the paperwork with him to give me a receipt, he said he would drop by with the receipt that evening. This did not happen. The next day I waited until mid-morning hoping to get a response or a receipt. When this did not happen I called the office and spoke with the owner. He apologized and said that the office person made a mistake. Since it was an outside job I did not have to wait at all, i.e., no window of time was needed. The worker would do his work and then a bill would be sent. Also, the reason I did not receive my receipt yesterday was because Angel was sent out on another job so he could not get the receipt to me that day. I hope they are more careful in their communication to their customers in the future and respond in a more timely manner.

I scheduled same day service, Mike arrived on time. He even took off his shoes when entering my home, which wasn't necessary. He was honest and friendly and provided us with some tips for maintenance before trying to replace pipes. He also gave us an estimate to fix the shower plumbing. Will definitely use their services again.

Did a great job. Explained and showed me what he had to do while he was doing. All in all, an extensive effort. Worth every penny. Couldn't be more happy with the results. Will be my go-to plumber for the foreseeable future.

The provider was a no show to our first meeting. I called to reschedule and when the provider finally did come back he locked himself out of his car. He gave me an estimate to fix a leaking faucet for $185 and to close some plumbing in a powder room that was turned into a pantry for $350. I thought that it was reasonably priced and was willing to move forward however no one got back to me. I called numerous times and never received a phone call back. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Plumber did a good job. Arrived for appointment on time. Tidied up installation area before leaving.

The provider never showed up to do a quote. They said they were going to come out and never called or showed. I am fine with some cancelling or telling me up front they are not interested in the job. But don't tell me you are going to do something and then don't have the decency to show to call or tell me you can't make it. I find it so hard to find quality honest people. Why someone would totally ignore a customer is beyond me. Whats really surprising is that they got a good grade on Angie's list which most of the time is accurate. This was very disappointing.

My wife & I are realtors, and we've referred clients to my clients over the past severals months. It difficult to find honest, reliable, fair priced plumbers. They are now my go to resource. If you use them you'll be happy.

Because they are so busy, it took a while to get a start date.. and because I was not sure what all was to be done for the price quoted, the Service Manager had to come out twice to help me make a decision about replacing all of the galvanized pipes or to make repairs to the pipes that that were leaking. in addition, we discovered that the Hot Water Heater had to be replaced, plus all of the other work that was required. Once the repairs started it took 2-days to complete because the workmen discovered that there were other problems (leaks). I think there was a lack of communication/understanding because I am basically new at this (I've never seen a pipe or lines up close, and didn't understand the terminology). I thought that I was relaying that I need everything fixed in the building that was not working, so that we would not have this problem again during the winter months as we did last year. So, when the there was a problem, that didn't exist the day before showed up, I WAS TOTALLY UPSET. BUT, HANNAH'S SENT A PLUMBER OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM WHICH WAS AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE WHICH I HAD NOT EXPECTED. AT ANY RATE, I HAD TALKED WITH THE SERVICE MANAGER THE DAY BEFORE ABOUT FIXING ANOTHER PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT INCLUDED IN HIS ESTIMATE (WHICH I DIDN'T KNOW), WE WERE TRYING TO SET UP A TIME TO SCHEDULE THAT WORK. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORTER, I THINK WE ARE NOW ON THE SAME PAGE NOW, SO THE WORK STARTS TOMORROW (A WEEK LATER). *** WITH ALL OF THIS FRUSTRATION ON MY PART BECAUSE OF MY IGNORNANCE OR MY LACK OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT PLUMBING, "I DEFINITELY WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.. AND I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY BECAUSE OF THEIR PROFESSIONALISM AND COURTEOUS AND HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES WHO ARE VERY KNOWLEDGDEABLE AND EXPLAINS WHAT THEY ARE DOING."

the best there is. Showed up on time and did the job in a very tight utility closet. Professional and looks great. Very thorough, cleaned up after. Don't waste your time with anyone else. Price is reasonable for the service and quality. These guys come out in all weather and know what they are doing.

They responded quickly and showed up when they said they would be here. The person who was talking to us seemed to know what he was talking about and gave us some good information. The overall job was fine; they did what needed to be done. Their pricing was a little high for what they did.

Called Hannah's to come in to resolve a bathroom sink not draining. After about an hour, they were able to get the water back flowing. The plumber cleaned up after himself and even caulked the pedestal sink to prevent movement going forward. Really great job!

Explained mechanisms of toilet itt and then Repaired toilet

Called them late on Friday and they were out to fix the problem the next morning. Very professional company explaining everything that was wrong with the toilet. This is the second time we used them and both times we were very satisfied with the work.

The plumber called back right away and came the next day. Services were not necessary but the plumber was polite, punctual. I would definitely use them in the future

Had a radiator with a very slow leak in the brass water fitting, while my hardwood floors were getting redone. Floor guys wouldn't seal the floors until the leak was fixed and I was in a time crunch. Plumbers was able to be there a day later. The repair was expected to require draining the system and refitting it. In the end it only needed tightening. Plumber also replaced a gasket in the drain of the utility sink in the basement. He was done with both jobs so quick he said there was no charge. I will definitely have them back for some more serious work I need done to replace some piping in the basement.

It went horrible and I will hopefully never have to call this company again.

The company inspector was very punctual and professional. I was please with the service.

They came to my home and provided me an estimate for my pipe leaking when I ran water from my kitchen sink. They stated it would be an additional $151. I had a neighbor come over afterwards and tightened a valve with his hands and since then the water has not been leaking.

I called Hannah's because there was water in my basement and a handyman suggesting I needed the pipes routed. They came out the same day and looked around. They did not think this was the issue and told me so. And they did not charge me for the visit.

Showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, rodded the kitchen sink, now it works. Took 1 hour.
