Greg is excellent I had hired a well-known plumbing company (twice) before, but Greg is close by, and I would definitely hire him for everything from now on Greg is better than the well-known company I remembered I needed to write this review because I drove by his building--made me smile, because he's a pleasure to do business with

Sean and Gus removed the old hot water tank, and installed a new one. They were very professional, explained things to me, and made suggestions as to insulating the pipes. They came within a few hours of my phone call and I had hot water again by 3:00 in the afternoon. I would definitely use the them again for any plumbing problems.....

The owner of the company, Greg, was very responsive to my emergency outreach as my eight-unit building was having sink/sewer drainage issues. He was empathetic and gave me a realistic estimate for when an associate would be on his way. They came into my home and building to review the situation and used MULTIPLE snake size options to find the right fit and get it removed. The associate, Angel was truly one as he was respectful and educational about what he was doing and how we could prevent in the future, too. These guys were so great on short notice and could have charged much more. Very excited to have this complete while hoping not to need them in the future. Strongly recommended, thank you!!

I only have one shower in the house so when it would not drain, I needed to have it fixed right away. I called on a Friday for a Saturday appointment, and they were able to accommodate both the date and time. They said they would be here between 10-12 and Gus called at 9:50 saying he would be here within the hour. He was. And he got to work right away. He fixed the problem and even gave me advice as to how to avoid in the future. I appreciate how easy Hannah's made this entire transaction. I would absolutely call them again.

They are local and I have dealt with them before. They are very good. They came out one time the same day and easy to deal with.

Our water heater blew out on a Friday night at 7 pm. I called Hannah's and got a call back within half an hour. They sent a plumber in within an hour, and he located a replacement water heater, picked it up, installed it and cleaned up all the mess before he left. By 11:30 that night we had the hot water flowing again.

They called ahead of time when they were on the way. I gave a B rating because I feel that $199 is a bit much for this quick job. I felt they were done with the job in about 15-20 minutes. They do have to use your electricity to use the rodding machine. Another reason for my B rating is I think if they are rodding they should come with a camera to see what they are getting into before just rodding and leaving. The work itself was very fast. For how fast the work was I would do this more often it wasn't so much money.

I phoned Hannah's Plumbing on Monday, March 30, 2015 and had a scheduled appointment for the following day, March 31, 2015 with Hannah's Plumbing indicating the plumber would be arriving between 9:00-11:00AM. A little after 11:00AM, I phoned Hannah's Plumbing to find out why the plumber didn't show up or phone to indicate he/she was running late, as the window of arriving between 9:00-11:00 came and went with NO communication. Hannah's seemed surprised the plumber never arrived or phone and indicated they would check with the plumber and phone me back. He said he was "sorry," after I informed him that now I had to move MY schedule around, due to their inability to show up at the times they indicated. Hannah's called me back 10 minutes later to inform me a guy would be at my house within 30 minutes. 40 minutes later the plumber calls me directly to inform me he would be at my house in 10-15 minutes. Plumber finally arrives 12:10PM, or an hour and 10 minutes past the confirmed window. He quickly deduces that the kitchen faucet could not be repaired, and suggests I purchase a new faucet and phone Hannah back to schedule removal of old faucet and installation of new faucet. I shoot out to local home improvement store, purchase a new faucet within 30 minutes, get home and call Hannah's plumbing. This time Hannah's indicates they can send a plumber out THAT day, and within 30 minutes a different plumber arrives, assesses the bad faucet, removes the faucet, installs my new faucet, addresses the leaking pipes underneath the sink, double-checks all the work, cleans up, and finishes the job well, leaving by roughly 3:30PM. As a whole, the job was done well, and the plumber who did the work was congenial and very diligent regarding ensuring that the job was done well, and done right. Where Hannah's faltered is in their communication; Like the proverbial cable provider who promises to be at your home within a certain window, but never shows up or phones, Hannah "dropped the ball" with regard to meeting the scheduled window, but ultimately the work that was completed was done well, professionally, and the plumber (Alfonzo) was a real nice guy.

Two guys, both very friendly and courteous, kept the house clean by wearing booties, and cleaned up after themselves. Said they would be there at 9:00, called about 8:55 and arrived about 9:10. Whole thing was done by 10:30. Very satisfied.

Appointment was scheduled with a 10 - 12 A.M. window. The crew to pump the catch basin arrived at 11 A.M. followed immediately by the rodding crew from Hannah. Service was finished at about 12:45 P.M. Angel and Isaac from Hannah were proficient, congenial and efficient, removing lots of tree roots from the pipe to the village sewer, and opening up the flow from the catch basin.

The old tank was leaking and caused water in the basement. The new tank was installed, but the valve handle broke off the water pipe and had to be replaced. The back pressure blew the water gasket on the furnace mount humidifier resulting in a water fall of water. The gasket was replaced. Angel was the installer and cleaned up the flood. The wax ring on the toilet was replaced without incident. One week later, I found the new water tank leaking and the smell of gas created an immediate call to Hannah and response by Angel again. A loose connection on the tank proved to be the culprit and was tightened. However, upon turning the water back on, all the gaskets on the humidifier blew and water again flowed everywhere. Angel replaced all the gaskets, cleaned the mineral deposit inside the humidifier that caused the pressure issues and cleaned up the mess. My humidifier hasn't worked as well in a long time! During his time at my home, Angel found a few things that needed adjustment/tightening and while waiting for things to cycle a few times, he attended to them masterfully! I have used and recommended Hannah for many years and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I called to apologize for canceling (I lost $49 but my problem was solved anyway), and Greg was very friendly and inquired about what was wrong. This just is a sign of professionals who care about their customers and their business. If I need a plumber, I will not hesitate to contact Greg Hannah? as almost one year later, the original problem is back, so I hope to get rid of it once and for all.

was expecting work estimate costs and scheduling options, never received it. left a voicemail message a month later, still no follow up.

I spoke with Greg on Saturday and asked him a number of questions about our catch basin. I assumed it needed maintenance. He told me that he would have service technicians come to inspect whether we needed a maintenance or pumping of the catch basin. I asked how much a maintenance service would be, and he quoted $225.00. When the technicians arrived, they informed my husband that was nothing was wrong with the catch basin. We told them to go ahead with the maintenance since it was only $100 more than the service fee which was quoted on Saturday around 8:30am. However, they quoted my husband $400 for the rod out service that I was told would be $225 (this is why I scheduled the appointment--the quote was in the range of what I was willing to pay). Sadly for the business and for us, nothing was in writing, and now it's my word against the owner's. My advice is to follow what my mother always taught me: GET IT IN WRITING--EVEN A QUOTE. Please, email or text your prospective customers a quote. Disappointed and out $125.

they came to my house about 1 hour after I called! they were professional and friendly. did not "find" any additional problems. I would call them back if I ever had a pluming issue.

They are always timely. They have a book of prices and all of the service and stuff. It will show you what the stuff is going to cost before they do it and they stick to the price. They always clean up good.

Called early ( 6:30 AM) and they got back to us right away. Told us they couldn't get a man to us until 10 AM ( not close to Berwyn) but they came on time. Mike was the tech and he was great. Injector pumps are not cheap (~3x normal sump). Changed it out and gave us all the Angie's list discounts . Guessed it would be about $700-750 ( $ 300-350 for a pump and $300 labor) It was a little more but not out of line. Did the job in a timely manor, was very polite, price was fair. What else do you want in an emergency?

Awful. I contacted the Service Provider for an appointment. Wanted a 4 hour window and we agreed on 2 hour window; 12-2PM. I waited at home and the provider never arrived.

The service went okay. The technicians were very pleasant and polite. After they made the evaluation the leak got worse. They gave me a very high quote to replace the ring on the faucet. My toilet has also started leaking more since they were out. I did not want to call them back because their pricing was so high. I had no problem scheduling the deal and they were willing accommodate my schedule.

The service was okay. They came out and talked to me. There was really nothing to it. It did not really solve the specific problem I was having. They came out. We talked and they left.

Estimate was pretty close on time. They called about 15 minutes away. They were professional and got to a diagnosis quickly, told me the cost, and repaired the connection between the pipe and outside faucet. Whole thing took around 30 minutes.

Fast Scheduling Same day service Mike and his assistant were knowledgeable, courteous Left the area clean I have had experience with many Plumbers, this was certainly the best.

I contacted Hannah's through Angies List the evening of new years day. They responded before 8 am on Jan 2. We spoke by phone and Hannah set a time for later that morning. Hannah's team arrived on time and reviewed the problem. They gave me an estimated price in advance and set to work. They worked hard and continuously until the sewer pipe was clear. They cleaned up the area they worked in before they left.

The price was decent, and the work that they did was very good. I had to work around their schedule, and I did not like that. The work took about a month. I haven't had any issues yet, and I am waiting for the spring time to see if it was money well spent. They came on time every day that they were supposed to.
