Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from Hannahs Plumbing & Maintenance.

Description of Work: Hannah's gave me a window of time for the plumber to arrive. The plumber called within that window to say he was on his way. The plumber was friendly and respectful of my rugs (he offered to take off his shoes). The problem was a clogged drain, which the plumber was able to clear with some sort of air compressor. The process was fast and painless. I have used Hannah's before and will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: HANNAH'S PLUMBING & MAINTENANCE is way too expensive. I just needed a 2" copper coupling replaced on my backyard tap. No water in the line so it was not under load. No emergency to get it done either so I was in no rush. But I was quoted $270 on top of the $49 Big Deal (included $49 for Plumbing Evaluation Call + $49 Credit Toward Repairs) I purchased from them. This is ridicules! Seriously! $319 to replace a copper coupling in an empty line not under pressure. Business Lesson #1: Pigs Get Fat, Hogs Get Slaughtered!

Description of Work: I had a few plumbing issues that were of concern. I called and they were able to send someone out the same day. Todd and another young man came out and were extremely helpful. They gave me advice and options to correct my issues. I will purchase a few items and call back to have them do the work. I really appreciated their time. Highly recommend. I will follow up my review with results once the work is done.

Description of Work: This is the second time I called Hannah's and as with the first time they were very responsive. Showed up the same day. Made a suggestion that I just watch the situation before paying to have them dig into the job. This turned out to be a good suggestion that saved me money. Would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Clean out of sewer line to street. Vendor advertised coupon, but clarified after home arrival that employee who provided "services to be performed" over the phone did not provide quote the entire amount for sewer line clean out. Site coupon only included service line exterior of home. It was $100 extra for service inside home. Actual cleanout work was satisfactory.

Description of Work: We called Hannah Plumbing and they were out that afternoon. Dave called around noon and asked to come early. We had Galaxie remodeling do our remodel in our bathroom and they either got plaster or paint down the sink drain and it finally stopped going down. When we called them they never called back. I am so glad we called Hannah because Dave was a great plumber and a great person. He explained what was wrong and made sure the water went down for five minutes. I would use them again and tell all my friends and family to use them also.

Description of Work: Curt did an amazing job swapping out some old valves and plumbing a gas line up up from the basement for a gas stove hook up in the kitchen. He was prompt, helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Hannah's Plumbing in the future if the need arises.

Description of Work: They were wonderful to us. We had a terrible smell in the house that we thought may have been coming from the plumbing. The even came back a second time when they couldn't smell it the first time. Turned out not to be a plumbing issue at all. Thanks for ruling out the issue!

Description of Work: I contacted Mr. Hannah on July 26, 2010 and explained our problem and talked about what we might do and the range of alternatives. Mr. Hannah suggested a home visit for Friday July 30, 2010 with the exact time to be arranged. On Friday, we waited for contact, but to no avail. On the following Monday, I called and left a message for Mr. Hannah, suggesting a re-schedule, but he never respnded. I can understand that an emergency may have foced a cancellation, and we would have had no problem with changing the date, but I think that Angie's List members should be made aware of the lack of responsiveness and common courtesy.
