Description of Work: They did a spring clean up. They now come every week to cut the lawn, clean up our deck, and do a general inspection. They also did garden design and installation for us a few years ago.

 + 1 moreThe job took a day to complete. The crew was very professional. The yard looked great after they left and going forward through the summer.
Description of Work: Bob developed a plan for redoing our front and back yards (small). He considered our needs for low maintenance and heavy wear in addition to the lack of sun. He bought the plants, cleaned up the yard and implemented the landscaping plan. It also included a paver path.

Description of Work: Gerger & Greco handle all of my landscape maintenance including all the bed work, mulching, planting, and fertilizing. They are very helpful and responsive. I can't do any of the heavy or awkward work and they take care of it leaving me to enjoy my yard. They also do my snow removal so they are working on something for me almost every month.

Description of Work: I didn't want to leave a report, but Angie's List kept sending me emails asking me to do so. So.... 1. I called them last fall and left a message asking for a quote to do some end-of-season clean-up, reseeding, landscaping, etc.. They never returned my call. 2. Then, they called ME in March, and asked if I needed any spring clean-up, reseeding, landscaping, etc.. I called them back and told them I did need to have that work done. I also mentioned that I had called them last fall and they never returned my call. The woman apologized and told me that one of the owners, I forget which, would call me to arrange a time to come look at my yard and give me an estimate for the work I needed. I never heard from him. Ask me if I'll even answer the phone if they call in the fall.

Description of Work: Re-laying pavers to change patio shape, new limestone wall around raised garden, decorative limestone stack. A unique project requiring good construction practices incorporating unusual design requirements.

Description of Work: I called on July 17 and July 20. Each time someone actually answered the phone which is very unusual for landscapers. Actually talking to someone was the best part of this experience. I explained both times that a huge branch from my neighbor's tree had fallen in my back yard and my yard was full of holes and I needed an estimate for the repairs. Both women I spoke with told me that they would speak with Mr. Gerger and let me know when he would be out. On July 20, I was told someone would be out that day or the next morning. It is now August 3 and I'm still waiting. This seems to be how all landscapers work. They usually don't have anyone answering the phone, so you leave a message and no one ever calls back. I don't understand why they think this is an appropriate business practice.

This company is very professional and easy to work with. Their workers are also very courteous and they did a nice job cleaning up when they were finished.
