Woah amazing service, my chimney has been in super rough shape along with bricks on the side of the house being in rough shape too. Estimate done on Monday and job completed on Friday, took just about 5 hours for everything to be completed including a chimney liner as well. Minimal dust and everything cleaned almost as if nothing happened, even patched minor holes caused by previous homeowners from cables and wites. Customer service is stellar and end result is amazing.

Mario did a detailed inspection and quote. I had three companies bid out the job and he was the only one concerned with the condition of my chimney liner. Turns out the chimney liner was full of holes, potentially a safety issue. If I had hired the other companies that would not have been addressed. Quality of the work was great, always showed up on time and left the job site clean. Main office staff was friendly and easy to get ahold of. If there were any changes they always communicated it ahead of time. The new grout blended in perfectly, chimneys look much better. I also appreciated they offered crown coat, my crowns were in bad shape and look much nicer after using crown coat. They even fixed up some stuff on my brick lamp post.

Mario was very professional and explained what he and his team would be doing to repair our cement window sill, tuck pointing our brick work and replacing several damaged bricks in our chimney and resealing the cap. He came for the estimate in two days and was able to complete the job three days later. Excellent service. We would highly recommend them! He also took before and after photos of our chimney so we could see the quality repair they did.
