Chem-Wise Ecological Pest Management

It went fantastic! Chem-Wise came to our home several times, and I'm happy to say that we no longer have a mice problem. Also, the hornets nests are gone and we haven't had any more hornet activity outside of our house. The Chem-Wise employees were very professional and knowledgeable and respectful. Their customer service is wonderful. They explain exactly what they're going to do before they do it. We decided to buy the yearly exterminating package, since it is such a great deal and it works perfect for our needs. We are grateful to Chem-Wise for their excellent service!

Went well. After 3 weeks have seen some reduction in insects.

I was not present during the service. The representative left his invoice at the front door. The treatment was very effective (no mosquito's) for several weeks duration. I would estimate monthly treatment would be needed to maintain consistent control.

I can't comment on punctuality/professionalism as I didn't see the worker when he came to perform the work. I have had this done in the past with great results. So far it has been good but it really isn't wasp season yet. Will be able to tell closer to end of summer when September/October hit as that seems to be my worst time of the year.

The service was prompt and went well.

I got a call within a few hours of ordering the deal to schedule the work. BUT NOBODY showed up on that day.NOBODY called to say they were delayed. and NOBODY called to reschedule. I had to call the company myself to ask what happened and to schedule a new appointment. This is the 2nd time this company has done this to us. This is still a great deal but their scheduling system stinks! And there was no apology or offer of any compensation from the company or the branch that was tasked with the original appointment

No more wasp or bees! This is the second year we've used the service. We are able to use our front and back porches all spring, summer, and fall.

They called us the next day to set the appointment and arrived as scheduled. They worked quickly, removed one small nest that was on the house. They treated all areas to prevent any further wasps from coming and told us they would repeat the process this year if we saw any more. I will hire them next year.

Very punctual and professional. They were easy to communicate with and very pleasant. I am very happy with the service provided. We had to have a technician come out again to reapply ant bait and he was very responsive and punctual.

I actually looked for this company as I use them two years ago for the same thing. I am very impressed with them. They are friendly, professional, and punctual. Last time I use them I had an early spring spring done. Lo and behold in late September I found a wasp nest. They were on my doorstep in less than 24 hours! I was so impressed.

The woman who took my call from the company was very professional and had somebody out to my condo less than 24 hours later. I was very happy with the response time. The individual who did the treatment was prompt and professional and put shoe covers on his shoes before entering my home, which was much appreciated. He carefully explained what he was going to do as well as follow-up procedures and left a leaflet that explained how we were to proceed over the next month to monitor the pests.

Overall, the services were great. Price seemed a little bit high but they had a good reputation so we move forward. The wasp/bee treatment did not seem to perform as well as I expected, but it did reduce the number of bees surrounding the property. We will be using them again in May 2017.

They are always on time and very professional. They are thorough with their work and always willing to listen to any additional concerns that I have and address them while they are here. They never have a problem checking out the areas I see problems with or walking around the perimeter of my home with me if need be.

They did a very good job and they're very pleasant about coming back. They've been very responsive.

Great service, but the ants didn't take the bait and keep coming back.
