All of the people were extremely professional, on time, and I think their pricing is fair. There is probably something with our house which is causing the ants to return. Once again, they were spot on with the mouse issue, and I am very satisfied with the result regarding the mice.

We noticed that our wood deck was disintegrating in several areas. Our contractor, who built the deck 7 years ago, suggested that we call a pest control specialist to rule out insect damage. We contacted Chem-Wise, after reading their positive reviews on Angie's List. We were especially attracted to this company because of their ecological priority. We were able to promptly set up an appointment. Kevin McClernon came out to perform the inspection. Kevin was friendly, polite, and professional. He clearly is very knowledgeable about both entomology and the impact of insects on different types of wood. I appreciated that he shared his knowledge with me and took the time to explain the signs and patterns of insect damage vs. water damage. Luckily, Kevin concluded that the damaged wood was not due to insect infestation (unfortunately, we now have to attempt to resolve this issue with our contractor). There was no charge for this evaluation. I would definitely recommend Chem-Wise to anyone who is concerned about possible insect damage!

Beg Bugs. Just about the most creepy thing ever in my book. How did I get them? Well, I work at a job which requires me to go into homes most people would rather not visit. Well, I had to go into one of those homes and brought some "friends" home with me. Luckily, I caught them very early (within days) because I am so allergic- think mosquito bite, but itches more. After realizing what was lurking in my home, I immediately called Chem-wise. I had used them before for a Termite Inspection and they had done a great job with that. Natalie answered the phone and was very kind and understanding- I was in a panic. She had a Exterminator there the next morning at 7am for an inspection. We confirmed the Bed Bug infiltration and Natalie set up an appointment for the first treatment the next day. She was GREAT on on the phone. She answered all my question about prepping for the treatments. I had A LOT of questions and probably called her 10 times that day. For those curious, treatment is a lot of prep work, but very necessary to get rid of the little bugs. Washing all clothes, bagging them, removing wall hangings, removing items out of dressers. Lets just say I made some friends at the laundromat. Robert was my exterminator for all the treatments. He was professional and answered more of my questions. He was always on time and worked efficiently. When I need an exterminator again I will request Robert. Side note- I also had him treat my yard for fleas and mosquitos. I have the crazy cat lady next door who feeds those feral cats, so I figured why not make my home a bug "bubble of death." As I write this Robert is here for the final treatment. I had no issues after the first, thank goodness. If you need an exterminator I would highly recommend Chem-Wise. Professional people who don't mind answering lots of bug questions when the time arises.

Found Chem-wise on Angie's list because of a bee problem I was having. The person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful and was able to schedule an appt the very next day. The technician Rob that they sent out was suppose to be here between 11:00 and 12:00. At 11:15 I received a courtesy call that he would be here shortly which was very nice. Rob was very nice and took his time to answer all my questions. The ladder wasn't exactly high enough to reach so he did what he could from there and then went on the roof to finish the job. I got $25 off for being an Angie's list member and it came with a 90 day guarantee. I was very impressed and hopefully my bee problem will be gone. If not, I won't hesitate to call Chem-wise again.

The job went fine. The employee who arrived explained that he would inject a powder into the nest which would kill the wasps over 3 to 5 days. They were pretty much gone by the next day, which I appreciated. I'd sprayed 3 times previously with little success. My only concern was the person who did the work didn't have any protective gear, so I was concerned for him. He told me he'd grabbed the wrong kit on the way out the door, which was why he didn't have anything. I wouldn't use a company that didn't protect its workforce, so I was glad to hear that. Price was quite fair and there was an Angie's List discount of $25.

Fantastic service! I needed a Termite Inspection done ASAP for the sale of my home. I called at 08:30 and Kevin McClernon arrived at 10:30. Talk about fast service! Inspection was done and the forms I needed provided. He did a thorough inspection and was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and educated me about what to look for with regards to Termites. I am purchasing a new home and will be using them in the future. I am very happy with my experience. Everything went very well. Kevin came out personally along with the service person to make sure everything went smoothly. And it did. They were on time & professional. They took approximately30 minutes to spray around the house & garage. It's been about 6 weeks now & have not seen 1 bee or wasp. Last year I had SWARMS of both. And their work is guaranteed until the end of the year, so if I do spot any, all I have to do is call them & they will come out & take care of it. I would definitely use them again.

Called and they were very responsive, had 2 tenants complain about mice. They even called each tenant to schedule a time to come out and handled everything great. The had a 60 day guarantee, and came back for a follow up. They weren't able to find the source in one of the apartments, and the tenant did have a sighting afterwards but I haven't heard any complaints since. I would recommend these guys as they didn't try to upsell a contract or push anything which I thought was definitely a good thing. I would use them again for sure! Price was very reasonable for the amount of trips and work performed.

They were responsive, friendly and willing to give advice, They explained that a treatment includes removal.I am not sure you can have that kind of relationship w/ your Pest Control people but the office girls are really nice too. If you have any probs w/in the 30 days they will come out again at no charge.

They did a great job! I had another company try to charge triplet the price for the same service. They are honest, professional and competent. They came back for free to do a second round of treatment for free, which they guarantee when you hire them. They were punctual, friendly, and use environmentally friendly products. I highly recommend them and have been very pleased!

They were AMAZING! We were really frustrated that Conquest was unable to eliminate our mouse issue or offer up an creative solutions...they wanted us to take a "wait and see" approach while this mouse was wreaking havoc on our home, leaving droppings in our young daughters' play room and literally making a toilet out of our Viking range. We couldn't use the kitchen in our new home and were too aware or any and all noises we heard and motions we thought we saw out of the corner or our eyes...we HATED our new house because of this mouse. I called and spoke with Kevin (the branch manager) on a Monday afternoon and he set an appointment to come out with one of his technicians the next day. They were really thorough, moving appliances around and offering solutions that Conquest hadn't. They didn't just lay traps, they did a thorough inspection of our home, both inside and out, and EJ (the technician) even climbed into our crawl space to insect it. They took time to explain everything they were doing and demonstrated their expertise in mouse elimination, which makes us feel so much better and hopeful that the situation is resolved. Their rates were incredibly fair, and they offer a service whereby they come out 3 times a year and will be responsible for addressing any future intrusions...they are truly accountable for their work. With Conquest, they offered to have someone come out to provide us with a quote for deterrent services. We had a large, heavy package that was delivered while Kevin and EJ were here and they offered to move it to the back of the house for me (I'm 8 months pregnant and couldn't budge the box)...they really went above and beyond and treated our issue as their own and treated my family like friends. I would definitely recommend them not only for their customer service but for their confidence and accountability to actually resolving the issue. Hopefully in the next week we will be able to say that our home is rodent free, but I'm confident that Kevin will make things right should this mouse out-fox us again.
