I’ve had home inspections before but I have never been more impressed with the thoroughness, knowledge, and customer service of Dedric Moore from At Home Inspections, Inc. He was communicative, happy to answer all of my questions, and clearly explained the content and implications of his findings

As first time homebuyers, Dedric was extremely helpful during and after the home inspection. Going into it, we knew that we would have to depend on the inspector to identify potential issues, and we are very glad that Dedric was our inspector! Some things that we appreciated were: 1) Dedric was very thorough in his inspection (and his detailed report after is something we will definitely utilize), 2) He was very patient, explaining many things to us as first time buyers, 3) He showed us/taught us how things within our potential home worked. I scheduled online and was assigned to have Dedric as my inspector. My husband arrived to the appointment first and met with Dedric. When I called him to check in, he was able to provide me with step by step details regarding where Dedric was, what he was looking at, and some of the areas he had already called out. When I arrived, Dedric introduced himself and explained where he was in the process. He was so very thorough and was able to give me step by step details about everything. He would also directly show me what I was looking at and not utilize terminology that I was unfamiliar with. I knew exactly what was going on and what to look forward to. I was emailed my report less than 24 hours after the inspection and it was 88 pages long. Every single detail, down to chipped paint, was notated and detailed. Dedric did a fabulous job and I would highly recommend him and At Home Inspections.

Dedric was wonderful. I had scheduled the previous afternoon, paid and signed contracts all prior to his arrival. He arrived prior to my own early arrival and was already inspecting the outside of the home. Very considerate of everyone’s time. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and thorough with his inspection. Pointing out things and explaining when it wasn’t understood. It was very apparent to me that Dedric truly cares to service his clients. He knows the work he does is so important in making a big decision and it is appreciated the diligence he puts in to his work. We got our home inspection report in less than 24 hours. It was awesome he saw things that I would never have thought it needed to be fixed. He was very kind and polite and really knew what he was doing.

I called Jeff Lisse specifically after being strongly referred from a family member. They have had Jeff do home inspections for them for years and know I know why. He was extremely thorough during the entire inspection, he went into tough spots and went out of his way to find every nook of the house. Not to mention he very easy going and a funny guy. He made this experience smooth and painless. the house he inspected, had a long list of issues, flood issues, roof issues, mold, foundation and sinking issues. He found all of them explained them to me and saved me from this house. I will use him for all future inspection until we find the perfect house. I highly recommend him for all future inspection work, you will not be disappointed.

Tim did a fantastic job. He is very knowledgeable and kind. This was a large old house that had tons of issues. Tim did not hurry the job, explained everything and provided the most comprehensive report I have ever seen. The experience was 10 out of 10!

I have had Tim inspect two properties in the past month as I search for a forever home. The first inspection revealed multiple issues and saved me from making a bad purchase. The 2nd home inspection was just finished and I had the report the same day and am ready to move forward with negotiations as the outcome was very different from the first property. Tim was very thorough and patient and I learned quite a bit. I read through the entire report and it was very clear and served to reinforced what he went over with me at the property. I can also use it as a guide line for maintenance going forward. Emma was also very helpful and thorough, and I came away feeling like we had known each other for a long time. Go Team Tim and Emma!

As a first time home buyer the entire process was overwhelming for us. Tim & Emma came highly recommended to us by close friends. They both were extremely professional and very thorough. Tim walked us through each issue, how to fix and approximate cost. The report was also very detailed and was emailed to us within a few hours. Even after we bought our home Tim & Emma were happy to answer any questions we had remaining. They are absolutely the best to work with!

We called needing a home inspection for a townhouse we were purchasing. These guys came out and did a super thorough inspection. They were there for three hours and and there were three of them working, just for a townhouse! The next day I received an email with a 74 page report. We were super happy with the report and would hire them again if we every need this kind of service.

Tim and Emma make a great team, the inspection was VERY thorough and professional. It helped us a great deal to understand our house and what we should do as homeowners. Tim spent a lot of time on our inspection and on explaining to us what he was finding. It can be hard to separate what's really important to take care of and what can wait, and Tim was very good at helping us think those things through.

Jeff Lisse did our inspection and I would recommend him to anyone. Extremely thorough and explained all things to us in a way we could understand. Months after our inspection I had some ventilation issues with a recessed light and Jeff quickly answered all my questions and even came out to help fix the problem. He's gone above and beyond and I highly recommend.

Jeff was excellent. He was very thorough and he answered all of my questions patiently (I asked a lot of questions). We would definitely call Jeff again for a home inspection - if there is a safety issue in your building, he will find it.

The home inspection went great. Tim and Emma make a good team. The work is always done professional and the return on the reports are fast and always accurate as we discussed. Price was very reasonable with discounts. I have used their services three times and have always been satisfied with the inspections and reports.

I've recently had 2 home inspections done by Timothy Ebert with At Home Inspections. Tim and his team are incredibly thorough. What I appreciated the most was his patience to explain each issue in detail. Unlike most inspections, Tim is very knowledgeable and takes the time to suggest how to repair the issue and provides different alternatives. He explains potential causes and solutions that really helped ease the anxiety of a new homeowner like myself. Their customer service is fantastic- the receptionists and Tim were very prompt to return my calls and email the inspection reports the same day. They knew I was on a time crunch and they were even more responsive to make my requests happen than I had anticipated. Their reports are incredibly detailed - approx 85 pages, outlining the 3-4 hours spent on my inspections. This was money well spent! Simply to have these photo's and descriptions for my own repair records and to negotiate the home purchase with the issues he found. I definitely recommend Tim Ebert for your inspections!!
