ARCE Plumbing & Sewer

I used to work for a management company in Chicago. After open sourcing all day long for a plumber on an extremely rainy day, ARCE was available and ready to help with my request. Since then, I used them with all my clients for small jobs and large projects. They are friendly, thorough and do a great job. Their open communication really made me feel like I can always rely on them. Highly recommend ARCE. I have worked with many plumbing companies in the city and they are by far, my go to for any plumbing job.

ARCE was responsive in terms of setting up an appointment and the plumber performed the work quickly and efficiently.

I called this company in an emergency situation. My drain in my basement was clogged. It was raining and they came and tried to clear the blockage it did not work. Rubin suggested that the pipe might be broken we agreed that I would have them do the work I sign the contract to have work done. The drain unclog before they arrived I called then to inform them that the work was not needed. I know that they had already requested the city permit we came to an agreement that I would let them keep the deposit. Yes I would call them for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks for the relief..

A,R,C,E, gave flat rate over the phone. Came out, confirmed what I wanted and did the work on the coldest day of the season. I was told and shown what they did.

ARCE was so wonderful! they were a little late, but I know things happen, and it wasn't a big problem for me. Howard was fast, friendly, courteous, and professional. The price was exactly what they quoted, and my plumbing works like a charm. I had a main sewer line clog, which they say they deal with all the time, so it wasn't a problem for them. I would highly reccomend them to anyone, and use them in the future. Thank you ARCE..... You saved my life!

They had some difficulty in fixing the problem on the first visit.. When I called and said that there was still a problem, they came back the same day and was able to fix it.

Truly grateful for the service provided, had major sewer issue called two other plumming company,s they had no success.But ARCE plumbing came through will recommend them to anyone in need of a good plumbing company.

Ruben was very polite and professional. He explained what he was going to do and performed the task quickly. We had a clog on the main line going away from the kitchen sink and he cleared it quickly. There was no clean up on our end as he laid out a protective cover and cleaned up afterwards. I had called to see hours and they were able to get here the same day! The price was reasonable and along with the strong customer service and quality I would certainly recommend them.

We signed the contract with 1-year warranty, paid several thousands of dollars to Ruben in Nov.2013. Jan 11, water showed up from laundry room again. We called Ruben and emailed him, no response. Several days later he came out but didn't help anything. on 2/21/14, water showed up again, we called Ruben and emailed him multiple times, no response at all. Stay away from them if you cherish your hard earned dollars. Yesterday water popped up from laundry room again in the basement.

These guys are great: honest, responsible, and very reasonably priced. I would say Reuben and his team definitely specialize in all things to do with plumbing, but also in customer service. They worked around my schedule, kept me informed at every step of the project so that I was aware and understood what was going on. They worked FAST and were very friendly. I would not hesitate to use them again and would freely and enthusiastically recommend them to anyone. I'm very pleased with the work they did.

I would hire Ruben Rosado and ARCE to do another plumbing job for us.in a New York minute.First, they stuck by the price they quoted us and completed the job well even though they had to return a second time because of the incompetence of the previous company we had been dealing with.
