It was done professionally and exactly as indicated on the contract. The workers cleaned up after the job and took away old windows. Job took about 5 hours.

The guy came to our house without any kind of samples like the others had done. He had an amazing air of arrogance about him and we were immediately turned off. We just bought the home and one of the stained glass windows was broken. We were quite sure that there was a great story behind how it had broken but asked him about it. He started orating about it being caused by weather and the cold had gotten to it. We were skeptical and said "are you sure?" and he confidently said absolutely, I've been doing this 20 years! The prior owners daughter happend to stop by several months later and started telling us about this time she was running down the stairs in socks and slid into the window, causing the break. We always thought it looked like a kids elbow and this made us quite glad we didn't hire these guys.

Airetite was one of three bids I got, and overall I felt most comfortable with them. One of their competitors had higher ratings on Angie's List, but in my opinion Airetite's Traco brand window was the best quality vinyl window of the many brands I saw. The quality of the installation is remarkable. I am extremely picky, and scheduled a day off so I could monitor the installation. What sets this installation apart from others I have seen, including another firm's Schucco brand windows in my home 3 years ago, is the craftsmanship of Airetite's trim installation. A few of the windows fit against tile and kitchen cabinets. The trim work is so precise that it looks like the windows were installed before the tile or cabinets.

Everything went as promised. Doors and windows were purchased at different times with separate delivery and installation times. They were prompt, efficient, lived up to their promises and at the quoted price. We liked all of the doors and windows

Installation scheduled and then rescheduled due to weather delays for a more convenient time on a Saturday. Installation took 1/2 day, with all old windows removed and taken away and internal (window sills/floor) and external areas cleaned. The resulting look of the windows is beautiful.

Responded to call quickly and came with in 2 days to give estimate and go over options. I liked the easy and fast sales pitch. Quote was lower than 2 others and faster. Windows installed everything cleaned up and later that day someone came to check the work.

We actually decided not to replace the windows, we stripped and repaired them instead. Having said that, we would not have hired Airetite as we were not impressed with the gentleman who came to do the estimate. We felt he was a bit arrogant and despite our having told them we wanted wood windows, he brought no samples with him (which is something they advertise doing) because he said they were ''heavy''. (The other representatives we talked with brought corner samples to sell their product.) PLUS, their pricing wasn't any better than Andersen; a well-recognized brand.

They are a wonderful company to do business with. They carry a good product and do an excellent job while treating their customers politely and with care.

We had been researching replacement windows for over a year and met with many companies--all on Angies List. Airetite was best for a number of reasons: 1. Lou was honest and straightforward with us during our initial sales meeting. 2. The windows we chose are of an excellent quality, beautifully made. 3. The installation crew was amazing! Three men replaced 20 windows in just under 8 hours. The crew was polite and respectful of us and our home. They cleaned up after every step, and even were careful around our outside plants and our neighbors property. In addition, the quality of the work is amazing. Not a single odd screw or messy line of caulk. They hauled all the trash away and we didn't find as much as a single screw, nail or piece of trash around our yard. The install was in a word, perfect. 4. With all this praise, Airetite installed our windows for 2000.00 LESS than any other bid. A wonderful experience overall--Thanks Airetite!

This was the second time we used Airetite within two months, and both times we were very pleased with their work, professionalism, and ability to complete the jobs in a timely manner. We originally hired Airetite to complete the job of another contractor. We bought storm windows from Airetite and they had them installed within 3 weeks, after the other contractor could not complete the job in 6 months. Airetite was the first company we hired after joining Angie's List, and we are very pleased. We will be hiring them again when we replace the rest of the storm windows on our house.

THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND EXPLAINED OVER THE PHONE THAT THEY COULD NOT DO THE REPAIR WORK ON MY PARTICULAR WINDOW.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT WITH RETURNING PHONE CALLS, SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION WITHIN A WEEK OF WHEN THE WINDOWS WERE READY, AND WERE ON TIME OR EVEN A BIT EARLY FOR EACH APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING OF MY SCHEDULE. EXCELLENT COMPANY!

THEY WERE REALLY GOOD AT EXPLAINING THINGS AND EVEN WENT AS FAR AS TO REPEAT EVERYTHING. THE INSTALLATION WAS EXCELLENT AND THE WHOLE CREW WAS VERY POLITE. I WAS REALLY, REALLY HAPPY WITH THEM.
