Everything went great. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and care that was taken with my recent move. I would highly recommend this company for any move. They scheduled to arrive at 8:00 am and called me when the truck was delayed by a freight train. They packed the truck efficiently, even thinking to ask me if I would like my new rug laid out when we arrived so they could put it last on the truck. Before they left, they asked if everything was where it needed to be and if anything needed to be rearranged or brought to another room. Great company!

VERY well. Job was completed in 6 1/2 hours. There was a lot of furniture and boxes.

This is the third time I've used A-Available for our moving needs. They are simply TOP NOTCH! Crews are always hard working, respectful and careful. I HATE moving- but, have got to say that - A-Available really eased the pain this last move! Thank you again!

This move went very smoothly. I had scheduled two movers but they sent three. I was not charged for the extra manpower. The move crew of Chris, Mike, and Mike were very courteous and professional. They moved my items quickly and with great care. Went much faster than I had anticipated thanks to the extra mover. I was really impressed that, without my asking, they took care to wrap my mattress and box spring so those items would stay clean for storage. I'll gladly use this company again.

Service was fast and friendly, from our first call to the moving process itself. They were able to schedule the job immediately within a day or two of our call, showed up on time, and were very efficient and careful as they moved some difficult pieces. Very good value.

They were very professional and polite. They were incredibily fast! We will use them again when we sell our old house.view

They arrived on time and began work quickly. Very neat and professional. They helped take apart a leather couch since it wouldn't fit through the door. We didn't have a box for our flat screen, but they had protective boxing for it. Overall great experience.

The crew of 4 was punctual, curteous and professional. They were extremely fast, and careful with the furniture and surroundings. This move entailed a piano, some very large and cumbersome dining room furniture, and a very long couch that had to make it past some steep stairs and challenging tight turns. Overall went very well and within the timeframe I anticipated. I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend this company.

Great move, finsihed price was the same as the quote given over the phone.....

Tom and his crew (3 men total) showed up exactly on time and went immediatly to work. Worked non-stop for little over 6 hours. Only stopped for a brief 15 minute lunch between houses (15 minutes that was deducted from final bill). Finished job 2 hours earlier than estimated. Very professional. Could not have been more helpful. They were very willing to acommodate any special request for moving furniture and boxes, etc. from one room to another in the new house.

How did it go? Poorly. The crew of 3 came to my mother-in-laws home to pick up a few items then came to my old house while I finished closing on my new house. After 3 hours the crew had finally finished up and arrived at my new house with an unfull truck (many boxes that had nothing in them were taking up space). When they started taking items off the truck it was so slow that I eventually jumped on the truck myself, hauled items off and told them to just place things in the garage. They went back for a second truckful and were asking if we needed another truck to come out the next day. I said no. Then the complaints began about how it was getting dark and they needed to get home to their families! By 5 pm I just wanted them out of my hair. The next day I rented a truck and had friends come down and help me finish the job. The whole experience was extremely frustrating. I had used this company years before (2001) and they went above and beyond the call of duty. This time I couldn't have been more disappointed. I felt like I was ripped off. I had worked harder than any of those guys in moving my own house.

The 3 guys came (a little too) early -- worked hard and immediately from beginning to end. Luckily I was walking my son to the bus stop and saw the moving truck. They were there an hour early -- which was great but I wished they had called to touch base. Still, I much prefer early than late. They came early because they considered my window of opportunity on the other end regarding "reserved elevator time" for a Michigan Ave. building -- very smart of them. They were great.

Please see services performed. We will never use this company again. We have alerted everyone we know, and have contacted the Better Business Bureau and filed a formal complaint.

Things went fantastically. The accommodation that they provided was great. They held are things overnight so we could close. The service crew made a really hard project much easier.

They were very courteous and extremely professional. They had great personalities and were well mannered too. They weren’t degenerates. They were good, solid people. They were very careful and didn’t break anything. They were just fantastic.

My closing was delayed, so they had to keep my stuff on the truck overnight. They only charged me an extra $100 for that service.

Everything basically went well. They sent three movers; two of the guys were outstanding and one was basically a slacker. The two good guys probably could have done about as well on their own, at less cost to me.

We were very happy with the service. Three guys came with a truck at around 9 in the morning. They wrapped all of our furniture, disassembled a few larger pieces for us and put them back together at the new house. They were good-natured guys, and worked very quickly, and finished ahead of schedule, saving us a few $$. We had used another company a few months ago to move out of a condo and into our rental, and A-Available charged us about half of what we paid for the first move. We would definitely recommend them.

If required, I will use them again in the future.

The move went relatively well. The price was exactly what was quoted. The guys were nice. After the move I did notice quite a bit of my furniture was scratched. I did have to re-paint quite a bit on two pieces of furniture which was painted due to the move. 5 days after the move while we were unpacking I noticed about 5 boxes (valued at around $1500.00) of books missing. After searching the house several times and calling my upstairs neighbors to see if any boxes were left at my previous place I called A Available Movers to let them know of the missing items. I feel like I was treated as a liar who was crazy by A Available Movers. Mike from A Available Movers came out to the house on 8/6 to look for the missing boxes and guess what, they weren't there!!!! Go figure. I know it's protocol for them to come out to look for the missing items but come on. I'm talking about 5 Medium sized boxes labeled "books." I wasn't searching for a trinket or a vase. I was debating about using A Available movers for this move as I used Burrows in the past and had good luck with them (no missing or damaged items) but A Available Movers had good ratings to I decided to use them. Obviously I wish I would have stuck with my gut and used Burrows. I am sad, angry and frustrated that my collection of books are lost forever. Some of those books were old books and are irreplacable. I don't understand how boxes of books can disappear into thin air. Use caution when using A Available Movers.

I moved a year ago and they were great. The price was very reasonable. They were very courteous and wonderful. They did a fabulous job. They didn't help me pack anything because I had everything boxed up before. They just loaded and unloaded it for me. They carried it down from the third floor and put it up on the second floor. They were very respectful and careful. They did not damage any of my belongings. I was impressed.

They were good, competent, and helpful. When I called them, they were responsive. In the past, they used to work on and off for 1-2 hours. I talked to them about it, and they don t do so now. They explained that their rates have changed and things like that. They are long distance haulers.

Based on their quote and the Angie's List reviews for them and their competitors, we decided on A-Available. They arrived on time and were working hard and fast from the start. They stopped for lunch after loading the truck. Because of the phone quote, they may have underestimated how much we had in our storage locker but they almost fit everything on the truck. Only some small boxes and lamps were left behind. A few pieces of furniture were scratched but not enough to file a complaint. Similarly a few boxes were dropped but nothing broke. Some people ignored our no-parking signs from the city, but the guys handled it well, moving the truck when appropriate. They were short on tape even though the quote stated that tape, packing material, and wardrobe boxes were included. There was some confusion as to whether the quote meant that we could keep the wardrobe boxes. The guys let us keep one beat up wardrobe box. Not a big deal, but would have been nice if was clearer from the start. They did a really good job of wrapping furniture with their blankets and plastic-stretch wrap. They didn't damage any walls at either location.
