I hired them to install a hot tub purchased from Costco since they only leave it at the driveway. Happy to say that the installation was completed and the hot tub is running fine. SP Tech was flexible with scheduling as the delivery date shifted. What I would ask is for them to improve on communication in terms of setting arrival times and confirming everything was good before leaving. But otherwise I appreciated the fact the work was done and everything is working fine.
