+ 2 moreWhen I first started working with Newman Builders I had a few things in mind that needed to be addressed in my 45 year old home. The floors need to be replaced because of cracking marble. When Steve came out to estimate the job he wanted to know why the floors were moving so he went under the house and discovered we had no cross bracing in the floors. No one else had taken the time to determine why the flooring was cracking in the first place. If we had not corrected the problem from when the house had been built originally we would have installed new tile only to have it start cracking again over time. Since then I have hired Newman Builders to work on various other projects throughout my home to update it and I have been extremely pleased with the results every time. The owner, Steve Newman, takes the time to work with you to answer any questions and makes the extra effort to make sure you are happy with the results.
Description of Work: I hired Newman Builders to help me with remodeling portions of my 45 year old home in Woodridge. Steve Newman the Owner was personally involved in every step of the project and worked with me to help me understand any issues that came up so we could work together to resolve them. Newman Builders has remodeled my bathroom, installed slate and wood flooring throughout my home, replaced drywall, created a lovely foyer entry in addition to updating exterior and interior entry doors.
