We contacted for an estimate. They were very punctual when coming over for the estimate. My GF was there and she said that the owner showed up and used laser devices to get accurate measurements, and she was convinced after talking to him. I was skeptical because they didn't have any ratings or comments on the Internet, so I contacted them to get more information. They had me come out to a building where they did several installations so I could see the finished product for myself. It was very low pressure, because they have plenty of work to keep them busy. While other vendors told me they would have to use several small panels for the shower, Karesh said that they could do it in one panel with no problem. Now that I was convinced, the order process was very easy and everything arrived on time. The installers came and the owner also came over to over see most of the installation. As expected, there were some small variations in our tile and walls, and they fine tuned the fit of the glass by shaving the glass down in spots until it was a 100% accurate tight fit. The installers were very careful, which is amazing because the glass panel and door were very heavy and large. They came back for the follow up check and finishing, and were on-time in arrival here too. Most importantly, this is truly a frameless installation. The only metal is the handles on the door. The panels are held in with silicone glue which is amazingly strong. I've only seen this when I was lucky enough to stay in high-end hotels. The price was slightly better than other vendors. The workmanship was top notch. The finished product is second to none. Low pressure (actually no-pressure) sales method of refreshing. Highly recommended.
