Excellent company if you want to have EV charger installed. Attends to all my questions and needs. Ryan Smith had to come back because of electrical issues and he was great. Customer service goes above and beyond. Highly recommended!!!

The pricing was right and they were able to come out within a week and get it done. So better now being able to charge my EV at full speed.

A two-man team installed a replacement gable attic fan. Access was not easy but they handled the job efficiently. Both the job quote and the job scheduling were handled via email involving a lot of back-and-forth but it went pretty smoothly. Rates were not cheap but nothing is these days!

It was an amazingly smooth process to get my electric line set up for my EV. I have a long run to the garage, and they were very supportive of timing, trenching, and inspection.

the sales man said they would change for another style fan and come back they did not come back to install different style fan so I have to call someone else to come

Kapital did a phenomenal job. Derrick was my estimator and he was on time and knowledgeable. A week later the 2 person came out for the install which was a one day job. Our job was a bit difficult and I was impressed with their hard work and problem solving. They cleaned up their work area very nicely.

They did a good job at the installation. Made me aware of decisions that could improve the installation. I would recommend them, and use them again for electrical installaions.

The entire process was seamless. Melissa kept me updated on my permit status and as soon as it was approved, I was fortunate to get the installation done the very next day. The crew came in on time and completed the work in a timely fashion. They incorporated a suggestion I made and also ensured the place was clean when they finished the project.

The crew did a great job, worked efficiently and left the workplace clean.

I hired them to install an electric charger with two plug ins, which included digging a new line to our garage. They installed the wrong charger as it had only one plug in. They are extremely challenging to reach as they do not answer their email once the job is booked. Their customer service is very bad. We figured it was OK in the end, but then they installed the wrong charger. They have a lot of experience installing chargers, but their service is terrible and you can go somewhere else easily.

I felt like I had to re-explain the entire plan decided by the person giving the quote to the technical team doing the job. Technical team wanted to change the plans agreed upon, then not doing some of it and giving me a reimbursement without asking. Didnâ t realize I had to clean up all the mud/dirt inside my home. Didnâ t get a confirmation call ahead of time either and the technical team made it sound like it was my fault. The EV charger itself is functioning so thatâ s the most important aspect.
