Kapital Electric recommended, furnished, and improperly installed 10 of these Exterior Light Fixtures on my home. Then refused to repair or replace them when they leaked after the very next rain.

Just had a couple of scheduling errors but otherwise great!

Very quick to respond and quote. Very reasonable price. Once we decided to go with them they showed up on time and made quick work of the job. They did an amazing instillation. Very clean. They offer a deal on solar that uses your EV charger installation as a credit if you have them install solar within one year. We will certainly look at our finances and possibly do that in the coming year.

I contracted with Kapital Electric to install solar panels on my home. The project was supposed to take 4 weeks. 10 mionths later and the project is still not completed. This has been one of the most unprofessional and terrible experiences i have ever had with a company. I should have seen this coming when their own roofing partner refused to continue working with them 1 month into the project. They failed to provide updates on issues, misrepresented the requirements of the job and consistently made excuses for the myriad of issues that have plagued this project and are now refusing to provide the refund on my deposit. They will now have to deal with my attorney. I would never wish their ineptitude and poor customer service on anyone.

I hired Kapital Electric to upgrade old electrical in our detached garage, and at the same time to install a 240V outlet (NEMA 14-50) to charge our EV. They were prompt, efficient, and professional.

Great, quick response but some slowness on the billing side. Electrical work was top notch.

Two very nice gentlemen installed a whole house fan and attic fan. They did a nice job and cleaned up after themselves. They were very pleasant and polite as well.

Fantastic communications. I think I'm in love with their help staff - this is a upgrade to the original review before the work was completed. Since that time I have come to respect the quality of the work, the effort and time they spent each step of the way both explaining and carrying out the work in my home. When I get to the next phase of the project I plan on hiring them again. They even checked to make sure everything was up to code and offered advice. Very impressive.

This is an early review. They have so far: 1. Shown excellent customer service pre-sale 2. Shown excellent customer service during the inspection and project preparation 3. The project sales person Mitch was very personable and took down all my needs. 4. The project (unlike the review process) starts in 2 weeks, at which time I will update this and change the neutral review. So far very impressive in their communications both with Mitch and the office staff.

Seems to be very good work.

They did a good job. It was more expensive than what I wanted to spend but it was in line with others for the type of fan installed

Excellent company. Had a different company come out prior to Kapital and was unimpressed (and they were recommended for TESLA charger installs). They wanted me to provide specifications. I am not an electrician. How do I know? Kapital came out and it was a different story. Don was a pro and totally evaluated my needs and gave me solid advice. If you have an electric vehicle and need a charging station installed - these are the guys to do it. Kapital's installers came when they would and did a great job. The girl that called me for scheduling was pleasant and very accommodation, even giving me advice on when the best time was to have this done in relation to my vehicle delivery. Would definitely recommend. Very satisfied. Nice to have a professional company to do residential charging and solar. Impressive.
