I was really impressed with whole process to install an electric vehicle charger. Don, came by to give me the estimate and he really knew his stuff. He spent time me going through the various options, and helped me realize that I didn't need to upgrade the existing wiring running to my garage from my main panel. I could get away with only 40a of charging instead of the 48a Max that the charger could support. My current car couldn't support 48a anyway. I can always upgrade that in the future if I wanted. The main office was great in communicating timing of the service team, and very polite and friendly. The electrician (and helper) who came was very polite, explained things very clearly as to how the process would go, and the installation was neat and clean. Although the price was higher than the other quotes, I felt that Don's help and time in explaining the process and that they were certified installers for the equipment I bought gave me peace of mind in paying a bit more for quality work and great communication. I definitely recommend them.

I hired this company after having estimates done by three companies from home advisor. All of them were within $100 on their estimate. This particular company seemed more knowledgeable . I ended up measuring wrong (I own that) and measured at 60â and or was actually 80â . Because of that they increased their price $800. Which based on the math was an incremental $500 over new cogs. I asked them why it was so much higher and they said it was due to the drywall ceiling, which they already new existed. I was willing to meet In the middle and spend the extra $450 just to get the job done. But they pushed for the full additional amount. I ended up going to another company that held their price.

Everything went smoothly. From initial call to discuss project, to estimate, scheduling and completion. Everything was on time, no surprises. Team that came to my home to complete repairs was professional and did a great job.

Don Butler was an excellent representative for Kapital Electric coming up with a design to bring the EV Charger eclectic lines from the utility room to the inside and outside the Garage with a Juice Box Charging system. He helped us plan for also including a future charging station in our garage. Highly Recommended
