Nothing but great things to say about Kapital. They are professional from start to end. Beginning with the product discussion and selection and ending with the test and handover of the generator, the experience was flawless. They also managed the permit process and Nicor gas meter upgrade for us seamlessly - which itself is a significant feat. I would both recommend them and be a reference for them. It looked a good beginning but there were time delays a lot of excuses. The generator is good but the customer service has a lot to be desired. I had this project done in 2011 and still to date Feb 2012 have never received my operators manual along with a visit by the service manager to look at my generator. I have called many times, but all I get is lip service, and excuses. I am very disappointed with Kapital and I am sorry to say will not recommend this contractor to any of my friends or relatives.
