I recently hired JPL Masonry to construct a brick mailbox for my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Our fireplace needed to be relined. When Jon and Ron looked at the project to provide a quote they observed additional items with bricks at the top of the chimney and cracked bricks in the fire box not communicated to me by another contractor. They worked safely and professionally to repair all the issues. At the end of the project they cleaned up and provided a complete walk thru of the job.

Jonathan completely rebuilt our chimney to perfection and we are looking forward to having him do another project for us. Jon was great to work with, great communication, always kept us informed, very friendly and reasonably priced. We highly recommend him!

We have been working with John and his team for over 4 years. We turned to JPL Masonory when the original contractor made a mess of things. John fixed everything. John is nothing short of amazing: professional, knowledgable, easy to work with, & fairly priced. He is responsive, explains what he suggests needs to done & tells you why. He shows up when he says he will. One time he was working on something & said he needed to do some additional research to make sure his recommendation was correct. We were thrilled to hear a contractor pay that much attention to detail in order to ensure the highest quality of work. We strongly recommend using him; you will be happy you did so!

Jon and his team were outstanding. They were extremely professional with quick and effective communication. His level of expertise was evident in both his scoping of the job and in his work. When I asked for additional repairs, beyond the original scope, Jon was able to fit this extra work in for a much lower price than I expected. All the work done was top quality, and their cleanup at the end was commendable. I enthusiastically recommend JPL Masonry!

Excellent response time and explanations. We were provided acceptable options based on price. Once we made our decision, JPL came out and did the work not only just as promised, but included at no additional charge a cap replacement that was't mandatory, but now matches the cap on our other chimney.

My fireplace is 30 years old. John checked all connections and advised me that I may have to replace it, but first he wanted to check and see if he could find a part for it. Which I thought was very honest of him because he could of just told me it was to old to fix and I would need to replace it. It is 2 weeks before Christmas and I asked him if we could wait until after the new year. That didn't seem to be a problem for him. I would definitely recommend him to others.

If you are considering to build a fireplace at home, JPL Masonry will do an excellent and professional job at a very reasonable price-point, considering the quality and workmanship that goes into it. Jonathan and his team built our fireplace exactly how we envisioned it to be and also advised us on the stone color and overall dimensions of what would go well in our living room. What we really appreciated was the fact that nothing was ever rushed and that communication and scheduling flexibility was awesome. Jonathan did his best to work around our schedule and was always prompt at replying to texts/phone-calls and overall communication etc. He even messaged us pictures of available fire insert options which not many contractors would do. He takes great pride in doing a solid and detail orientated job, in addition to dressing the area with floor mats and side screens to ensure our hardwood floors were kept clean throughout the entire project. It's clear that his customers are definitely a priority. We would absolutely recommend JPL Masonry and would give 6 stars if it were an option! Seriously consider these guys..

JPL Masonry did a great job and provided quick service. They responded quickly to the request for a quote, came out to the house within two days and performed the work within two days. Excellent customer service in walking through what needed to be done, was neat and cleaned up (important after a chimney cleaning) and provided cost effective suggestions for installing gas logs. Definitely staying on my list of preferred contractors.
