IFLOOR/BENSENVILLE IL

We stepped into the store at the end of Sept. It took us 3 weeks to even get an appointment set up. They said the estimate would be free of charge when they actually tried to charge me. They missed the first appointment set up on Oct 11th because they said there was an emergency and that they wouldn't be out today. Once they did show up for the estimate we were told it would be 2 business days to get the estimate. The estimate was taken on Oct. 20th. It is now Nov 8th and I have still not received the estimate. It has taken me 2 1/2 months to get this estimate and still have nothing. I called the office to complain and was told to not get an attitude and that they would transfer me to someone who would hang up on me if I continued to have an attitude. Very inexperienced people using the phones.

The salesmen in Bensenville were very helpful. The two people who came to install were very good, helpful, professional, and prompt. The store was more difficult to contact but the installers were very responsive.

Parking was easy, the showroom very basic and the staff quite knowledgeable. The sales rep called me in a few days to let me know about a price reduction and special offers. Unless you're in a real hurry or price is no object, you might want to hold out for specials--I think they are frequent.

We ran into a series unexpected challenges. Paul from IFloors went the extra mile for us. He was in touch with our condo association so that all the requirements were fulfilled. Paul was in close contact with the installer and several other hick-ups were quickly resolved. We are very pleased with Paul and IFloors and will highly recommend this business to our friends.
