FISHER'S WATER WELL & PUMP CO

We have a well in our home located in Carol Stream, IL last night the water simply stopped working. The previous owner had Rick with Fischer's Well & Pump Company's phone# written on the well pressure tank, so we called the next morning. Plummers are expensive and so are well repair Companies. Rick came inside the house and checked out the possible issues and they were all good. That's when the dreaded let's go outside and check the well pump was brought up. That's when the big bucks come in. lol Rick took the cover off the well and there was no power coming from the pump. If he said the pump was bad, I would have believed Rick. But he said it was a bad wire and he was right. Fischer Water Well & Pump not only knows what they are doing, they are honest. Could not be more satisfied. Wish I could leave 10 stars. I'm going to take a shower now that the water is working perfectly!!

I called and they had an opening the following day. Owner called the morning of to verify appointment. Owner called when enroute to the site. Had truck and all tools needed to raise the pump and troubleshoot. Had replacement pump on the truck. Whole thing took an hour or so and I was sprinkling fine when he left.

They know how the people out by me are. They told us when it was necessary to do something, and when it was just optional. We did have a problem with our pump after they repaired it, but they didn't charge us for the second repair.

They cleaned up everything as much as they could. They had to dig up part of part of my yard. They were honest about not having to dig a deeper well. There was a problem about parts breaking, and they came back with all new parts.
