I bought a groupon for an energy audit and i should have known when i called to schedule and no one knew what i was talking about that it was not going to be a good experience. After multiple calls and finally getting it scheduled they came out to do the audit. Really no discussion during the audit and then i forgot about it so 2 months later i called to ask where the "report" was that i was supposed to receive and was told it was in the mail, i got it a month later. it is a basic report, of course the only thing that sticks out is to replace is a sliding glass door. it has errors in the report (suggests to replace our electric stove, we have gas and that our refrigerator is old, it's 5 years old and an energy efficient model). a little disappointed as we were hoping for more suggestions on how to save money on the energy bill but what we got could have been googled and was a template with a few inserts about our house. the timeliness and follow up was our biggest issue and unfortunately it was through a groupon so it's not groupons fault so i will not ask for my money back from them.

They came out and gave me an estimate. When they came back out they honored my coupon and gave me additional discounts. They did what they said they would, and the windows are great. They cleaned up afterwrads and worked quickly and efficiently. Also, a couple of weeks later they came back to re-check everything which I thought was very impressive. This is probably the best company I've worked with.

I liked the way the product was presented. They were helpful and answered my questions. Appointment was rescheduled one, and they were on time for that. Clean up was average to good and the fit and workman ship is above average.

I contacted a number of companites for a quote. Euro Tech provided my wife and I a number of options and we were comfortable moving forward. Euro Tech took measurements and gave us a commit date and delivered as promised.

I hired them on two separate occassions. I was so impressed that I hired them for addidtional work. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. Overall it was a great experience.

I asked them to come out in two days to quote the job for our house. I went over everything we needed, and the salesman gave us a brief presentation on the uni-frame double hung line they carry. They also helped us choose new sliding patio doors with bevels etched into the glass that look really sharp. I did do some comparison shopping beforehand. Other manufacturers had a lower price, but Euro-Tech's product was superior, so I bargained a little and got a price I was happy with. The installation crew was very professional and respectful. They also called a week later to make sure I was happy with the product.

A year after the installation one of the windows was not sealing properly. Contacted them in June of 07 about this and last Thursday 12.13.07 they replaced the entire frame and sash. The frame doesn't match because they don't make that color anymore also the frame and sash is damaged and they said that they won't match the color because it is discontinued. We are also aggravated because they lack in responsiveness.
