They are good. They are really quick. They gave me a call and scheduled and appointment. They did the whole work while I was living in the home. I did have to pay a little bit more just because the coupon only covered 100 linear feet and I had an extra 38 linear feet that had to be add it, but that was fine. I would use them again in the future.

The work Champion Roofing Inc. did not really help me. I don't think the price was justified, for the service. My roof still leaks. Right now, I'm hiring somebody else to replace the whole roof. It was very disappointing. After they checked, they said, "No problem", but actually, I still have a leaking problem. They said everything is fine but my roof is still leaking. So they did not help me at all. They did not really provide proper advice to me. To me, the coupon is kind of a waste.

Project manager Shane and Tony Coscoe were great! They came out in a timely manner for an estimate and their crew did an excellent job. Tony came back out this year to check roof almost 2 years later after the installation.

On time. Crew very responsible and courteous. Great clean up although the dumpster sat on the street for a week after job was finished. Had to call to have it removed. Called me to let me know how they were progressing and when problems were seen. Completely let me know what the problem was, how to fix it and the cost. No work done without my consent. Concerns about the look of the downspouts. Chris met with me to discuss the problem and we resolved it. Since my gate to the backyard is narrow, some damage was done to it. Said there was nothing they could do about it. A bit of problem with the scheduling for the work and final inspection. Rain delays made the project go for six days. I am glad it is finally done!

For the quote given they did not know our village required a larger ice and water shield. They did adjust the contract. We had a few mis communications with Aaron about who would secure the permit. The final cleanup left lots of nails in the gutters which washed out on the driveway.

All went as planned, except that it took several weeks for Champion to come out to do the work . . . although we have had so much rain lately I was not surprised that their schedule was backlogged -- this was an exterior roof repair so they could not be on roof in bad weather.

Chris gave a prompt and easy to understand estimate. They scheduled the job and completed it as quickly as they could considering the weather. The workmen came when they were supposed to and seemed to do a good quick job and cleaned up afterward. There were a few small issues and Shane resolved them courteously and quickly. Both Chris & Shane were always patient and professional in my conversations with them. My roof no longer leaks and so far I am very pleased. I have already recommended them to friends and neighbors.

I liked him. We desperately needed a new roof on our garage. I was very impressed. My time was running out, and he came out right away.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon for this work from Angie's List. The company called right away to acknowledge the purchase and schedule a time for the work. The workers arrived on time and were very professional. They went right to work and did a great job cleaning up after they were done.

We had several missed appointments. I finally received a quote through email, but still no call.

We contacted David with Champion for an estimate of complete tear off replacement of our original 1987 roof. He was quick to respond quickly and provided a detailed estimate by email. We waited to do the work for four months. After the four months passed I decided to take another look on Angies List at all past reviews. I found 11% F over the past 3 years. This gave me concern, therefore, I visited BBB.org and found 6 complaints. These were resolved but I have decided to continue looking for a company with a clean record.

Tony came out, and gave me a competitive estimate. He came by about a week later with the permit. About a week after that (when the rain finally let up) they came out and did the job in one day. The clean up was good.

The work was started shortly after we accepted their offer and was completed in a timely manner. Our roof has not leaked since then. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Champion Roofing replaced the aging roof on my 100+ year old Victorian. From the beginning, Chris was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in my business and satisfaction - regular & frequent communication via email & phone. I felt very comfortable giving him a call or sending an email with any questions or concerns. They performed a complete tear-off of the existing roof, installed new decking, underlayment, and shingles. They really went above and beyond, in my opinion. Not only was the work performed to an exceptional level, but Chris's crew was FAST. They made sure to leave the job site in clean condition and were very friendly throughout the duration of the job. Chris was also very easy to work with, as I requested a couple of additional items outside of his original proposal. He was very responsive, made the adjustments to the scope of work without hesitation, and provided the most complete scope of work for my project - and executed the job to perfection. It was a pleasure doing business with Champion Roofing and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Job WELL done!

Had a minor leak coming into my family room where the chimney meets the ceiling. Champion came out, checked it out, and recommended that a saddle be built up-roof from the chimney to prevent water from pooling. They came out, did the work, and did a good job of cleaning up afterward. The workmanship was good, and the leak has not recurred.

The gutter cleaning and roof inspection went well. They came out and quickly finished the job. We received quotes from Champion for repairing and rebuilding our chimney. They were very helpful and prompt with the quotes and explaining our options. Once we decided to go ahead with the repairing, however, I wasn't able to get ahold of anyone again and so we did not have the work performed. Otherwise, it was a positive experience.

Went very well, didn't try to up sell me on anything I did not need.

The fix was fine, they did what we asked. The things that bothered my mother in law were; we never knew when they were going to show up. We never got any paper work on the problem, what they did to fix it, or a follow up after they were done. They just left without notice. She just didn't feel comfortable with them.

To put it simply, do not trust this company. If you do hire them, which I can't recommend, make sure you are extremely specific in the contract and only pay them upon completion. They did repair the gutters, but they never touched the rotting fascia as agreed and detailed in the work proposal they sent. Just like Chris pointed out himself when he was out there for a quote, the fascia board was visibly rotting and hadn't been touched. I went into the attic to inspect the work and saw that there was daylight coming in from that area, which I hadn't seen before the workers were there. Following this, I had squirrels getting into my attic and had to pay another roofing company to get out there and complete the wrap that Champion said they would. Overall completely horrible workmanship and professionalism. I understand when a company gets busy they gloss over details, or don't communicate down to their workers. I tried emailing Chris asking for the work to be completed and got the run around for weeks, until he finally responded he would come out to "take a look". At that point I had hired another company, Reid Roofing, which by contrast was extremely diligent in their work. I told him I didn't want his company doing any more work on my house, and asked for a refund - not for the entire job, but for the portion of the fee related to the fascia board work they did not do. Here's where it gets good: Chris replies that the fascia board repairs were only supposed to be done "AS NEEDED", which it did say in the quote. They hid behind this terminology, despite the fact when he was out there to give me an initial quote he clearly mentioned the boards would be replaced. The next roofer also clearly agreed they needed repair. Unfortunately, I don't draw up quotes like I would legal contracts; up until then I trusted people to simply do the job they said they would. Thanks to Champion Roofing I will now be a huge pain when I draw up any contracts, and will never pay up front again. Companies like this give contractors a their bad name. Mistakes happen, but the dishonesty and total lack of professionalism they showed was appalling. I certainly hope the $400 you weaseled out of me was worth it... my guess is their reputation isn't that great to begin with, otherwise they would have taken a little responsibility for their workers.

They took pictures on the damaged roof when they came to give us the estimate and showed us what type of repairs would be made and then they explained the overall roofing compound that would be used. They cam in the morning, finished quickly and were gone before I came home from work at 5PM. They were clean and efficient.

Our overall experience was easy. David gave us a quote and an overview of the process. When I requested a different brand of shingles he quickly updated the quote. There was very good communication through out the process and all of our questions were answered. When the workers arrived they did ring the door bell to let me know they were starting and that the dumpster would arrive a little later in the morning. They did a very good job of covering/protecting all outside surfaces. The job was completed in one day as expected. Clean up was pretty good but having the work done in November meant it was dark when they finished. There were some random items we needed to clean up the next day but not much. Although Champion had scheduled for the dumpster to be picked up the next morning it was not. When I contacted the office I received courteous service and was assured they would call the dumpster service again. The dumpster was removed later that evening.

They are fast with their quote, they honor them, and they go out of their way to match competitor's bids. Fantastic job on the roof. They were done in a day and cleaned the place up completely. The even dealt with my crazy local government. Everyone was friendly and professional. The only negative I had was that I had a billing issue and they only have 1 guy that runs credit cards so dealing with that took weeks when it should have taken days.

Tony came out and looked at the roof. He gave us an honest appraisal of the state of our roof and the options that were available to us. He came back with a very competitive quote in a very timely manner and then scheduled the job for us. Everyone was helpful and the work was done efficiently and effectively. We have not had any problems or reason to have Champion back out since the work was completed. Based on the experience so far, I am confident that should we experience any problems, Champion will be responsive and helpful and stand by their work. They were terrific to deal with.

We had a leaking roof & requested that they come out & assess the damage. I was provided a quote the same day. We had a death in the family & they were flexible with when we could schedule the work. they arrived on time & completed the work is one visit, cleaned up after themselves & sent us the bill. Overall it was a great experience.
