Very professional, punctual, good consulting on recommendations, excellent selection of fence styles, showed me the "local big box hardware store" variety vs what they carried, excellent knowledge.

Great sales people at office and on site. Reasonable prices and good quality and professionalism. I've quoted with at least 3 other companies to find them the best value in price and quality/service. Can do better planning in installation--my aluminum fence would have looked uneven on both sides and my wood fence would have been displaced by 6 inches into the yard if I weren't home to watch the job going. Some delays yet they're cooperative with my needs with a difficult neighbor. I see these glitches as normal and find them solid and reasonable in price and quality. Best customer service and reliability among the few companies I've looked at.

They came out and got the job done in 2 days. I was very impressed with how service oriented they are and would definitely use them again. Their pricing was in line with other quotes and they were very professional. They saw the project through to the end, addressed any issues promptly, and made sure that we were happy.

Got quotes for cedar and chain link fencing. A harder sell on the cedar than I really wanted. Pricing on chain link was higher than others. Did try and work with me to make the front as attractive as possible but went with another company.

The best experience I've had with a company in a long time. The installation was completed in 2 days, to my satisfaction. After a few weeks, the small gate was not closing correctly. I called them up and within a day or 2 they came out and fixed the gate. No questions asked. It now works perfectly. After about a month, strong winds blew the driveway gate completely off the post. The gate post was severely damaged, and the hinges were bent. I really expected to have to pay for a repair. I called them up to have them look at the gate damage. To my surprise, when I came home in the evening the gate was completely fixed. A brand new post and new gate hinges were installed. Free of charge. They really stand behind their work. Awesome experience.

VERY RESPONSIVE SALES STAFF, WHO WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT. THE INSTALLATION WAS TOUGH AS THE HEIGHT OF THE YARD WAS VERY UNEVEN. THEY DID A GREAT JOB TO MAKE THE FENCE EVEN, BUT GOT A LITTLE CARELESS AT THE END AND HAD TO RE-DO THE LAST SECTION TO GET IT LINED UP CORRECTLY. ALSO INSTALLED THE WRONG HINGES AT FIRST BUT CAME BACK TO REPLACE THEM. THE FENCE LOOKS GREAT!

FRUSTRATING EXPERIENCE. THEIR FOREMAN WAS VERY GOOD AND THE QUALITY LOOKS GOOD SO FAR. HOWEVER, PROJECT IS TAKING AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME DUE TO MULTIPLE DELAYS, MISUNDERSTANDINGS AND ASSUMPTIONS. THEY DID NOT PLAN SO THEY KEEP COMING BACK WITH MORE AND MORE QUESTIONS TO US.

THIS COMPANY CAME RECOMMENDED TO US. THEY WERE OFF IN THEIR MEASURING. THEY ASKED ME IF WE HAD UNDERGROUND UTILITIES THAT MAY OBSTRUCT WORK. PRICING WAS COMPETITIVE. FOR THE PRICE, FENCE DESIGN WAS NOT THE SAME STANDARD AS OTHER COMPANIES. WE CHOSE ANOTHER COMPANY.
