Besch Bros Roofing

This was a crew of about 5 men.  I have seen many roofing jobs; have also had several done on my properties. This crew was the messiest, disorganized bunch one could imagine. Tools, tarps, saws boxes, debris, scattered everywhere, including the neighbors property.
Roofing material from the tear-off was scattered everywhere, including the neighbors property.  Of course this included the old nails.  
They demonstrated no concern at all that the tear off material was hitting the neighboring residence and flying onto the property.
Some dented the downspout, much flew onto a neighboring roof- they did not care one bit- kept throwing it into the air letting the force of their throw and the wind carry it onto neighboring property.
They had a job to do and demonstrated no concern for the condition or safety of the neighboring property.  After being asked nicely, they just kept doing what they were doing, making no attempt to be safer, neater or more considerate. They did manage to holler-out they don't speak English- call number on sign. 
At one point they removed an existing cable dish; tossed it downward.  Instead of falling to the ground, the dish part of it caught onto the water spigot, the metal legs fell onto the electrical lines coming into the property.  They simply let it stay there, hanging, swaying in the wind until they finished the entire roof.
I watched as they tore off the old roof. There was total disregard for the existing gutters and the facia the gutters are nailed to. They just hammered and pried them out of the way, only to later nail through the gutters, never bothering to level them,  after the new roofing material was applied.

Having seen what I did, I would run, not walk away from having this bunch do absolutely any work for me.
