AFFORDABLE CABINETS

Our company did a complete renovation of our offices and the contractor used Affordable Cabinets for all cabinetry. During the job, Steve was good to work with and we are very happy with the cabinets provided and work done. We installed brand new cabinetry and countertops in a conference room, office kitchen and plant kitchen. We later wanted to add an AV cabinet to the conference room that would match the existing cabinets and counter. I called Steve and he came and took the measurements, etc. Since then, approximately 5 weeks ago, I have called and emailed him 4-5 times and he has not responded. Our contractor also called him and Steve promised to get us a quote within two days -- it did not happen. I am frustrated because these were custom cabinets and we want the new one to match. At a minimum, I asked if he could provide me with the brand name and model #s of the laminate and granite used so we could have them made elsewhere and still received no response. We are doing additional renovations at other facilities and had planned to use Affordable Cabinets for those jobs as well (much larger jobs than the AV cabinet). Unfortunately, he has lost our future business due to his poor communication and service.
