The entire experience was fantastic. Starting with the reservation. Courteous, knowledgable and thorough sales team took the time to listen to my story and put together a package that met all our needs. The team also offered alternatives to help out in several areas to ensure a seamless day. Moving day was handled by professional, well-managed team that literally made the entire day seem effortless. Aside from our unpacking, the team literally handled everything at my direction and came in well below our contracted time. I highly recommend Advanced Moving for your relocation needs.

I had Cedric, Camille and Omar move my stuff from north Chicago to south. They were very respectful and handled all my possessions carefully. They also moved very efficiently and quickly for the move out and move in process. Very thankful for the great service!

Everything was good, guys very professional and thorough. We lost a support post for one of the bed slats somewhere in the move.

Moved in December 2023. Moving company has horrible policy of only allowing you to pay via cash on day of move. Encouraged us to prepay our move and assured that any unnecessary services would be removed from the move total. it is undisputed that we are owed $1,743.25 as of December 2023. It is now March and they have still not provided us with a refund, despite following up weekly. Have already contacted Better Business Bureau.

From the onset, the moving team demonstrated a concerning lack of efficiency and professionalism. Despite having a lighter workload than anticipated, the team moved at a snail’s pace, incurring an exorbitant and unjust surcharge of $700. The lack of necessary moving equipment such as Allen keys further hampered the process, forcing us to make multiple additional trips to transfer our belongings safely. But the inadequate service did not stop at inefficiency; it extended to negligence and utter disregard for our valuables. A TV worth $500 was carelessly packaged and consequently broken, shattering not just the screen but our trust in the company’s handling practices. The negligence further reflected in the loss of a priceless family heirloom – a lamp that carried generations of emotional value was shattered, leaving us heartbroken and dismayed. As if the incompetence wasn’t enough, we later realized that a unique table, part of a valued set, had disappeared without a trace, met with nothing but a curt and indifferent response from the customer service team. In total, we have incurred a financial loss of $2400 in damaged and lost goods, a sum no compensation can adequately cover, given the sentimental value attached to the lost and damaged items. A paltry offer of $90 as a resolution is not just insulting, but showcases a glaring disconnect with the gravity of the issues at hand. I find myself compelled to rate this service a meager 1 out of 5, a rating that echoes the lack of care, the inefficiency, and the rude customer service I experienced. I implore potential customers to reconsider entrusting Advanced Moving Company with their belongings unless they wish to risk a similar heart-wrenching and financially draining experience. We sought a service that would treat our valuables with respect and understanding, instead, we were met with negligence and heartache. We hope that no one else has to experience the disappointment and loss we have endured, and sincerely hope that Advanced Moving Company takes substantial steps to improve their services for the benefit of future customers.

Did a good job. Didn't know i had to disconnect my washer and dryer. And drain the water out the washer or they wouldn't take it. I've used other companies in the past who disconnected and reconnected my appliances. Other than that they did ok.

All I can say is PLEASE go read Yelp reviews. It’s the only site they haven’t been able to manipulate in order to scam their customers. Horrible horrible people.

I had to move out of state recently and hired Advanced Moving and Storage. I couldn’t have been happier with my decision. They are so professional and experienced. I was amazed. They answered all my queries properly in the beginning. They arrived on time and carried out their work without a hitch. My belongings were delivered to me safely and without damage. They removed all my worries and doubt about moving. I don’t think anyone can ask for more. Great job.

Advanced Moving and Storage is such an amazing moving company. They took such great care of my valuables while moving them. I originally hired them only because their quote seemed amazingly reasonable to me. I wasn’t expecting much but their performance turned out to be very satisfactory. The movers arrived right on time with all their tools. They wasted no time while packing everything. They were extra careful while packing my breakables. They neatly finished packing and loading everything shortly. The delivery was made the next day and nothing went missing or damaged. It was then I realized how perfect this move really was.

Absolutely awful. Ripped off and plenty of items damaged/withheld. Never gave money back for damaged items. You’re better off calling the junk truck to pick up all your items if you go with this company. Do NOT go with them. Check their Yelp first. Fake reviews brought this business to high ratings on google and angis list. DO YOUR RESEARCH!

The movers were very well trained as well. Their experience showed in the way they worked around my house. They were very time efficient when it came to wrapping up my 3-bedroom house. I have rarely seen such efficient movers before. They made the delivery on the scheduled date and nothing was broken or damaged. I will only hire these guys from now on.

Your moving is going to be the best while dealing with Advanced Moving and Storage. But you have to pick the best company as I did since you will easily notice the experience and the efforts that these movers show. I had only to notify them and they all came to my house and they did the best job. My things were moved safely to where I was going.

I can’t believe it. Advanced Moving and Storage has given me a picture perfect move. I always worried about moving and that is why I always delayed it. But it was necessary now. After doing some research, I ended up with this company because of their rates. When I checked while unpacking, not a single damage and not a single chance to complain. Best moving company in state. I only wish someone would have recommended them to me month ago.

They packed and wrapped everything so well. I could see how careful they were. We knew immediately that we had hired the best. My girlfriend had some nice jewelry, and some of her living room decorations. Everything stayed intact. These guys were on time, so friendly and kind. Also, very professional and efficient

The movers from Advanced Moving and Storage arrived a few minutes early and finished on time as promised. They were completely professional and we moved everything in most careful and efficient way. We did a out of state move so distance was my biggest worry. 3 bedrooms apt to a 2 bedroom house with massive stairs. I would recommend them to anyone who wants awesome service they were superbly skilled.

My family moved with Advanced Moving and Storage. Their foreman and the team were professional and meticulous. I couldn't believe how they were able to move some things up the stairs that they had to use. We chose them because of their real good reviews on their website and we are glad we did. We used other movers before and they were okay but one thing you can underestimate is the type of moving team that is sent. These movers were total gentlemen and definitely the types that would do well in polite circles.

Many moving companies provide pretty good services. But Advanced Moving and Storage charges much lower than them but provides similar standard of services. They helped me with my last move and did an amazing job. The movers maintained their timings and worked very fast. Their packing skills really impressed me. The vehicle they brought with them was new. The delivery was made on due time and my valuables traveled very well. They didn't shock me with a crazy bill. They charged exactly what the quoted and I'm very happy about that.

Advanced Moving and Storage have an awesome reputation and I was booking on that for my last move. They moved my things from IL to OH. It was very easy getting a quote from them. The number was very reasonable. Four movers showed up at my house right on time. They packed up everything very quickly. The men came with a lot of boxes and other packing materials so there was no shortage. The job was done in given time. They delivered on time as well. All my things were in good shape. I can certainly see why Advanced Moving and Storage have that reputation in the market.

I hired them for my move a few weeks ago and they really came through for me. All my belongings were carefully packed up in the shortest possible time. The men displayed amazing skills and efficiency. I am very thankful to the movers for making my move so easy. All my belongings reached on schedule and nothing was lost or damaged.
