My dad changed his job and it was two states away so we needed to move and we got the services of Advanced Moving and Storage. Their sales rep was clear what the quote was for. There were no hidden fees. It was also clear what was expected from the movers and from us to prepare for the moves. The pickup and the delivery crews were also great. They worked excellently. All moves are stressful but it worked out fine.

My relocation budget was very low. The sales manager of Advanced Moving and Storage totally understood my situation and hatched out an affordable plan for me. The movers packed my things with great care, as they are able to maximize the available space. They delivered everything in good condition. I would recommend them.

I had a very professional and pleasant moving with Advanced Moving and Storage which turned out pretty well. They work meticulously and fast so there is no chance for you to have a bad service. My belongings were delivered within the allotted time and my price did not change in the end. No hidden fees and no surprises. Recommended to the highest leve.

Price is always an issue you hire these moving companies. They usually ask you for such high numbers that seems ridiculous. I went Advanced Moving and Storage because I could hire them. They even did a really good job. They were transporting my belongings out of state but there was no damage. I am quite happy with their service. I just don’t know how they can provide that level of service and charge so low.

Advanced Moving and Storage made everything look so simple and stress free that I can never say enough good things about them. They enabled a faultless moving with all my possessions arriving in the best possible condition without any scratch or damage. I really think they for all the diligence they put in my relocation process. They were very impressive, I have to say.

These guys are thieves! STOLE OUR HANDGUN AND AMMO that was left on nightstand. Broke numerous Items! Couldn't deliver our things across State lines for over a week, and didn't let us know until the day we THOUGHT they were coming. And.....there is curiously a big gap In reviews on here (Angi) in between the same time as we used this company. We moved from Addison Illinois in April, 2021. So they must have had a lot of bad reviews in that timeframe with their employees!

I think the movers from Advanced Moving and Storage could literally move a mountain if that was the task. They showed up on time. The movers were well prepared and charged up for the job. I was so surprised when they declared all my things were loaded in their truck within hours. I was even more surprised when they delivered all my belongings at my new house right on the scheduled date without a single scratch on any of the pieces.

I hired them for my last move to my new apartment. The team was really nice and friendly and most importantly they delivered a high quality job. They were well organized and worked in a systematic way. Thankfully every piece of furniture made it to my new house in good condition. Thanks!

I've done a lot of moves because of work relocation and a couple local moves. This was the worst one of all of them by any measure. The more people I talk to about my move, the more I learn about this company's terrible reputation, including comments made by current and former employees and customers. If they were given an accurate name, it would be Advanced Damage and Indifference. The estimate for my move was $3,500 but the estimator said it would be lower if I moved a lot of items out of the house in advance myself. The estimate was provided following a lengthy, in-person visit, where they saw everything I have. I moved about 35% of the contents of the house out myself, in advance, during the course of four busy weekends. Despite that, first I was told the move would be $1,100 more than estimated, then I was told it would be an additional $800. When I asked to speak with someone in management, no one was ever available. My choices were to pay the higher price or they would lock up my property in their trucks and take it to their warehouse, which would have left my son and I sleeping on the floor. Their crew didn't follow moving 101 practices, like labeling boxes, or keeping furniture wrapped in blankets when carrying it into the house, or putting the larger items in the house first. Instead they did the opposite, which caused many problems, damage and crew time which I'm expected to pay for. The crew ripped legs off 3 items: a home theater cabinet, with damage so severe the damage affects the lower shelf the leg is attached to, a night stand and an expensive wine refridgerator, with damage so bad that the steel on the bottom of the fridge is bent like a piece of paper. Several other pieces of furniture have major scratches. Walls throughout the house of scratches, dents and marks. Beer bottles were found in what was a perfectly clean recycling bin, and the crew dispatched my son to McDonald's to buy them lunch with half the money their order cost. Now the company will not help with any of the many damages they caused unless I pay them $5,400, which would be 54% more than estimated for a move 35% smaller than estimated. I don't want anyone to experience what I did with this company.

If you're looking for a mover you can't go wrong with these guys. Every part of the process was easy, from scheduling through an estimate that was spot of course they come to your house, don't use anyone that does over the phone estimates, through the move. The workers were all well mannered, showed up on time, and treated our things like they were their own.

Moving sucks and is crazy stressful, but the team at Advanced Moving and Storage make it seem like a easy. Honestly, from the moment I called asking for a quote, they were exemplary. They moved us quite a long distance and it was an amazing experience. Everything was in tip-top shape. But the friendliness of the movers was outstanding. This should be the standard on how companies should be, from customer service to delivery- consistent all the way through. I’m so happy to have used this company and gave my belongings a safe, comfortable ride in their hands. Now I need to move again soon so I can call them back.

The best company, communicates so well. Very impressive services. They are trustworthy and loyal with their work although the company is very professional. This is such a great company because they definitely know what they are doing, I hired Advanced Moving and Storage to do my move and it was a smooth as butter. I mean they really did everything they said that they would, I must say I was a skeptic until my move was finished. They have an amazing team and they worked super hard and delivery was even better. No damages, no delays, no extra fees and no surprises. I will hire you guys again.

The salesman was nice and friendly and he went through all the business procedures, quote, and service while talking to me on the phone. The team was super nice, friendly, efficient and professional. They came on time and wrapped everything very quickly, though I did not had too many things to move. I cannot describe how careful and cautious they were with my things. Nothing was damaged and nothing was left behind. I have some valuable paintings and I was really concerned about them not to get damaged or lost, but the guys did a great job. They worked hard and I appreciated that very much. I can only compli Advanced Moving and Storage for the brilliant job they did.

Not only the movers from Advanced Moving and Storage were efficient and professional, they were also extremely friendly. I might have just found the perfect moving company who really shows a lot of care for my valuables. They handled my move from IL to NJ very smoothly. The movers were so strong; they carried my heavy mattress with such ease. I really can’t praise these guys enough. Lastly, a special mention is needed for their pricing. They quoted quite low to begin with. The final bill was not change in the end; I just couldn’t believe my eyes.

I relocated from one location to another. The greatest concern in my move was getting to the direction of my house. However, to my greatest amazement, these guys located my house on time with only the one time direction I gave them. The rendered the service much faster than I ever thought and my stuffs were moved very fast.

I hired them for my move recently. I have to say, these guys made my move a lot easier. All I had to do is to give the responsibilities to their men and they really did the rest. The movers from Advanced Moving and Storage had so many years of experience. Essentially that is what made my last move so smooth. All the power in your muscles can’t teach you the tricks that need to be used while carrying heavy pieces of furniture or handling delicate pieces of glassware. These men knew how to do their job. They very conveniently packed up everything into boxes and loaded up the truck. They delivered on time and made sure everything traveled well.
