When I moved I needed a moving company to be understanding of my feelings. Advanced Moving and Storage did just that. They were very respectful to my valuables which may not be valuable at all to others. They carried every last piece out of my house and them carried them into my new home a few hours later. I am so grateful to them.

It is almost impossible to find good services for cheap these days. But Advanced Moving and Storage still gives you really good value for the money you pay them. The movers pack everything into boxes as if packing is their passion. They carry huge pieces of furniture like they carry their wives. None of belongings are less important to them. Everything receives the same amount of attention and care. They were punctual, both during arrival and delivery. I know all this because they made my last move absolutely perfect and charged me too little for it.

The movers arrived on time and packed up my 3-bed apartment in given time. The movers were just so professional and efficient. The delivery was made the next day. I checked the inventory and nothing was missing. The movers did an excellent job and I commend them for it. Their customer service was also just awesome.

I cannot praise this company enough. They have saved me from such a bad situation. They arrived just an hour after I called them. They stuck to the quote and efficiently transferred my belongings. God only knows what would have happened if Advanced Moving and Storage didn’t accommodate us in that situation.

All the moving companies we have hired in the past couldn’t even come close to the efficiency levels of Advanced Moving and Storage. Starting from the moment I called them till they made the delivery, everything was just spot on. I was impressed with their punctuality. We have never had movers arriving on time in the past. The movers were very creative while packing our valuables. Even the furniture was wrapped in shrinking tape. They delivered on time and my valuables traveled very safely. People should always hire this company only.

They finished loading everything from our 3-bedroom apartment in a lightning speed. The delivery was made on time and the men unpacked everything. They put all the boxes in the right rooms and they asked whenever they were in confusion. It didn’t even cost me that much for this amazing moving experience.

I just needed movers to move my things and I hired them from Advanced Moving and Storage because they gave me an estimate that was very low. These guys did an incredible job for me. I thought moving is just too hard. But they made my move so much easier. They sent over only two movers which surprised me. But these two men were as professional as it gets. My entire apartment was wrapped, packed, carried and loaded into truck very quickly by them. I just couldn't believe the strength these guys displayed. They delivered all my belongings in undamaged state. I am so grateful to them.

The movers worked very quickly and wrapped up all work quickly. I received the delivery in given time and everything was in very good condition. They were so good that nothing suffered any damage. The men also unpacked everything and put the furniture in place at the new apartment. They really are good at all sectors of this business.

I never thought relocation could be so easy but Advanced Moving and Storage convinced me. Their movers were so efficient when we moved the last time. The movers were all very experienced, especially the foreman. When you put your valuables into such experienced hands, you can’t help but feel safe. Besides, the men work so fast that it makes you thankful. They made the delivery on time and frankly I had absolutely nothing to complain or stress about during this move.

Right when I began talking to the sales rep on the phone I was understanding that these guys knew what they were talking about. Every question I asked I was given the answer to both verbally and in written form. The movers were on time picking up and dropping off, calling before they got to both places to make sure all was still on schedule. The movers were quick and careful with my things, working professionally and not damaging anything. This was a good move.

They packed up everything very swiftly. They finished the whole job in lighting speed to be honest. The delivery was made in the evening on the same day. The movers unpacked everything and put the boxes in the right rooms. I highly recommend them.

I have actually used Advanced Moving and Storage in this week and had a very good experience. They were professional and detailed oriented. They finished a big move very quickly. These 4 guys represented themselves and their company as it should. Movers were professional. I will surely hire them again when needed arises.

Advanced Moving and Storage is by far the cheapest and beat out all other quotes. Delivery was prompt and timely. They packed our belongings very nicely and efficiently. We have to give a special thanks to the moving team. They were amazing. By the way, I have moved a lot in my time, so I have a good perspective on this. I know how to judge, and I highly recommend Advanced Moving and Storage.

Absolutely excellent service all around

Arrangements went smoothly to set up the move. Items were stored by them in a "climate controlled" warehouse and then delivered to our home one month later. The move was not handled in a professional manner and items were damaged or lost. Although we had purchased a Full value protection policy, the company refused to honor that commitment claiming damage was pre-existing. No notation of this was made on the loading sheets and we are certain it was not damaged before the move. Our claims were for close to $4,000 and they sent us a check for $23. We were assured that the driver who loaded our belongings in Bloomingdale would accompany them to our new home. This did not happen, and the driver assigned to deliver was with the company only a couple of weeks. That delivery driver, while capable, was ineffective in managing the crew engaged to offload our belongings. The crew which Advanced engaged to offload our belongings was from our perspective inept and unprofessional. They were more concerned about getting done than about caring for our belongings. They even marked items as delivered which were not as evidenced by a lost lamp and a box which had to be forwarded to us on a date one month after delivery. Perhaps most importantly, the driver, acting as the agent, agreed that the two tables which the crew destroyed were irreparable. We took him at his word and disposed of the damaged tables since we had no room to store them in our new location. We understand that the company believes they were following the letter of the contract; and while the company can hide behind the wording, we do not believe that we were treated fairly in this situation. From our perspective we believe that the actions and communications were unprofessional, unethical, and perhaps even immoral. Because of that we feel that we must let others know of this situation so that they can make informed decisions about entrusting Advanced Moving with their precious belongings. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

The guys were very professional, thorough, kept a smile throughout the move. Moving can be quite stressful. They actually took much of the stress out of the move for me. I have used them twice already. I will use them for all of my moving needs. I highly recommend them because each time they exceeded my expectations.

They blanket wrapped anything that could be damaged, they are efficient and cheerful. Best moving experience ever and I've had a lot. The movers were awesome. They went to work promptly upon arrival. I showed them exactly what was being moved in each room and they took over and packed the truck perfectly. They were very organized and very good at their job. They did a wonderful job packing the truck. Only took 1 load. Nothing was damaged at all. They were extremely careful. Definitely worth every penny.
